Upon arrival you will notice two ideal off-roading parking spaces, alongside an enclosed garden surrounding the property - including a picnic bench for having an alfresco lunch in the peace and quiet, while marvelling at the views of the mountains.

The entrance hallway is a handy spot to leave any walking gear on the coat rack, before making your way into the sitting room to enjoy some quality time together in front of the Sky TV with a selection of DVDs to choose from; switch on the electric fire for some extra warmth!

Continue through the property and you will come across the kitchen/diner, featuring charming wood paneling and containing all the appliances you need to make your favourite meals; the dining area has enough seats for all of the family, superb for enjoying a big breakfast before going on a mountain trek.

Further up the corridor is the downstairs cloakroom, containing a WC and basin; with the utility room close-by featuring a handy washing machine and tumble dryer!

The upstairs family bathroom also features Velux windows, creating a light and airy space while you have access to a separate bath and walk-in shower; providing great options for getting ready in the morning.

The property is only 3.9 miles away from the main town of the Western Highlands, Fort William; containing all of your amenities and more - the town is the perfect location for a day out.

Be sure to visit The West Highlands Museum to learn about the extensive history of the area and view some very intriguing exhibits; or climb aboard the famed the Jacobite Steam Train (ideal for Harry Potter fans!) To travel along 84 miles of railway between Fort William and Mallaig and admire the dramatic Highlands landscape.

The cottage is in an ideal location, being less than twenty minutes' away from the Achintee entrance to Scotland's iconic mountain Ben Nevis; the mountain is perfect for walking, cycling and climbing enthusiasts - with a range of different routes featuring differing levels of difficulty.

Winter sports fans also have the opportunity to visit the Nevis Range during peak season, located just north of the mountain, where you can take part in snowsport lessons or ski/board at your leisure.
