She was communicative throughout the build up to us arriving, met us at the property and was always available for any queries. The house was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property. Reviewed by Keith5.0★Sep 2023 "As this was our 5th trip to Smithy Court finding Jan there to welcome us made it feel like we were home again." The property is so close to beaches and attractions we love to visit and the grandchildren love to come every time. The space in the property meets all our needs and we just love it. See you next year. Reviewed by Graham5.0★Jul 2023 "The property was lovely and well placed for sightseeing." The only problem we had was that we had a number of power cuts , the fault of Northern Power Grid , not the fault of the owners. If you have children, they are more than catered for with toys, games and books for rainy days.
