It is located between Morpeth to the south and Alnwick to the north. Just 3 miles away is the delightful village of West Thirston. The village has a shop, pub and restaurant, and is just 10 miles from Alnwick, with its Castle and now famous Garden, which features Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden and an ornamental walled garden.
