  • "Although overall the house is very clean and comfortable, beds are comfortable and plenty of space."

The main issue is with the bathroom facitities. Only a bath with a hand held shower is available. Guests staying where average height and the bath is much too small, having to hold a shower over your head when showering, with no shower curtain is not ideal, water ends up all over the floor. There is also a leak in the bath, which also causes a build up of water on the floor, there is also no drain on the floor, we had to put down towels to soak up the water, not very safe. A roll top bath may look pretty, but its not very practical when you dont have a an overhead fixed shower, or a shower curtain. Its a pity because bathroom facilities are important. It lets the place down.

  • "Overall the stay was pleasant however, the neighbours were not friendly and didn’t seem to like the fact there was a holiday home next to them."

They even lied about us having more than one dog and said our child had been on the field unsupervised but this was not the case. It is also stated on the advertisement that there is WiFi so we thought this would be great as we needed to get some work done and have a 8 year old child however, the WiFi was very unstable and slow allowing only one person to access it at a time and even then it did not work properly. After speaking with the owner we were told to get used to it as the weather affects it. If this was the case it should have been mentioned prior to booking.
