91 Main Street

A lovely comfortable house, set in a great location for exploring the town.

The facilities were great and all our needs were met, the house was spacious and clean.

3rd stay at no 91, no welcome pack this time which was a bit sad but the house was still just as perfect.

Introduced my daughter and son in law to the area and they loved it just as much as we did. We had another new visitor too, Marg the cat in the garden. Very friendly ginger cat. She is one of 3 that are local to the area from no 51 that were rescued from Turkey we found out from Bike Shop and have been lovingly adopted it seems by all the neighbourhood. We will be back, simply love the house and Frodsham.

Our second visit at this wonderful cosy cottage.

Ideally placed in the heart of town and close to all facilities.

A superb location in the centre of town, with shops, pubs, restaurants, train station and bus stop close by.

A very cosy property, with many thoughtful, extra touches which made the stay even more relaxed & comfortable. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely sunny courtyard. We parked in the Bears Paw car park, although there were often spaces outside for overnight parking.

91 Main Street, Frodsham, is well placed to just walk out of the front door to the shops and great cafes of Frodsham ( as well as it's famous ice-cream shop.

Devonshire bakery has great cakes and pastries and bread. The train station is only 5 minutes walk for trains to Liverpool and Wales. No 91 is surprisingly large inside with spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs the rooms are spacious especially the three beds room. The smart TV works perfectly. Parking during the daytime is restricted but Bear Paws pub has a large carpark which we can use if we donate to the charity of their choice.

Great location as in our previous visit. However...kettle old and stopped working. Short on toilet rolls. No welcome pack.

We've been to No.

91 Main street multiple times. I has become home away from home. I love the location right on the not so busy Main Street. All cafes shops and charity shops are nearby. The upstairs is deceptively large and lots of space for five people. Two bathrooms are well functioning. We appreciated the washing machine in the shed and always use it once or twice. The extra fridge and the freezer in the shed are always handy.

The accommodation was excellent.

Everything you could wish for was provided by the property owner. It was lovely and clean and very well situated in the centre of Frodsham. The property owner even left us a bottle of red and white wine and biscuits, which were very much appreciated.

Cottage was well furnished and equipped and location was excellent.

We loved the cottage But unfortunately it was not very clean spent are first day cleaning very dusty bathroom floor very dirty not hooverd we could not use the hob it just would not work so had to eatout most nights the so ket were the kettle plugs in does not work on the left had side but even all this we would come back if my husband's cancers allow us to

Just back from 91 Main St and I can’t say enough good things about this property.

Location is top notch, very cozy & comfortable with everything you could think of being provided. So much more space than I had hoped for and absolutely loved the courtyard. I have told all my friends & would come back in a heartbeat. Welcome goodies is a very nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay celebrating my 60th Birthday!

Very satisfied will hte accomodation and location. So many cafes and ice cream shop in walking distance. Very friendly people in Frodsham. It is a good base for exploring so many things nearby

Well equipped with everything you could need for a great holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay everything we needed within walking distance even the train station to Liverpool.

The Street Market on the Thursday was great with lovely friendly people. We would definitely go back. It was certainly good value for money.

We have back to 91 Main Street 3 or 4 times and it has become home away from home.

Very good location on Main Street with shops and cafes nearby. Parking overnight is not problem but we had to park at Bears Paw in the daytime. Frodsham is not too busy and the people are very friendly. There is very good walking just outside Frodsham on Frodsham Hill. The property is always clean and well furnished especially the kitchen. The backyard is great

You have the best beds I have slept on.

The place was lovely, but cleanliness a little lacking.

There was clumps of dust in places. And when we were moving the cushions there was so much food, chocolate and mess underneath the sofa cushions. When we arrived there were mini eggs still on the floor, which our dog could have eaten.

A no nonsense period cottage in the centre of Frodsham in walking distance of all amenities.

The cottage is warm and comfortable with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. A little more fridge/freezer space would be useful - an observation not a complaint.

Enjoyed our stay very much and we hope to book again soon.

We love 91 Main Street, Frodsham.

We loved our stay at 91.

It was a great base for showing our French friend around the area. We used the nearby train station, as well as the car, The cottage was comfortable, warm and well equipped, with the addition of a lovely welcome gift! Parking at The Bears Paw worked well, although the people behind the bar didn’t seem to know the charity donation had been prepaid. We didn’t mind paying again, though. The only thing I can suggest as an improvement is blackout curtains for the front bedroom window, our French friend mentioned she was disturbed by the brightness of the light overnight. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely property, well kept and good location.

Thoughtful touch of welcome gift of wine, crisps and biscuits. One of our days was Thursday which meant we could enjoy the market just outside in the highstreet.

Wow, what a find this was!

Booked last minute and so glad we did! Spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped cottage. The welcome treat was a lovely surprise. Frodsham itself is a fantastic place with lots going on. The view from the war memorial is fantastic! We visited many of the surrounding National Trust properties, which were all within easy reach of the property. Would definitely recommend this cottage and really hope to return in the future.

My daughter and I recently stayed at 91.

It was my second stay. We were visiting from Australia to see our family in Frodsham and Liverpool. Lovely little cottage with all you require for a stay. Nearby train station has lines to Manchester, Chester, Liverpool, Wales if you want to explore. Supermarkets and pubs are nearby for groceries and meals. Would stay again.

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped, everything you need.

It is clearly well loved as a family owned home that has been in your family for 200 years and recently decorated. When you come to update your beds (which are super comfy so not necessary for a long time!) maybe increase to sleeps 6? Add a king-size and bunks to the big room. Would attract a family of 4 and grandparents. It is so well equipped and spacious you deserve to earn that rate IMHO. We have booked for same week next year. Frodsham is brilliant, the cottage is peaceful, quiet and a stones throw from everything you need!

Lovely cottage but came home early due to a police incident the village is now high on crime just two doors away with constant police presence as a disabled woman on my own I got afraid and came home but the cottage in its self I could not fault it's perfect

Perfectly suitable for a family long weekend with four adults, a toddler and our dog.

Really well appointed house with everything you could want. Shame that there was a mix up with the bed arrangement however the host did kindly offer to fix it. It was also within reasonable distance to Liverpool airport which was our main criteria, plus attractions in Liverpool/Chester. Thanks for having us!

Lovely cottage.

Warm, comfortable. Love Frodsham, parked in Bears Paw, was asked for £1 donation which I happily gave. We didn't spend a great deal of time in cottage as it was a flying visit to see relatives, however, every thing needed for use for home away from home was provided.

91 Main Street was in a great location for visiting our family.

We visited from Australia and stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our time there. The train station is a good 5 minute walk away and you can head out for a day to Wales, Liverpool, Manchester or Chester. There are some lovey pubs in Frodsham, the Bears Paw is a few doors away, and the Ring O Bells is good walk up the hill. There are restaurants too. Supermarkets (Morrisons and Sainsbury's) are nearby for any groceries/drinks you may require. Our bed was comfortable, having two bathrooms with plenty of hot water and two TVs was also nice to have on a cold winter's eve. The house was heated throughout, and it was always lovely to walk into after a day out in the cold. My parents loved visiting us there. We celebrated my Mum's 85th birthday and I was able to cook her a delicious meal as everything we needed was in the well stocked kitchen. We are already hoping to stay again in 2024.

Easy access to places we wanted to see.

Comfortable and clean property and very handy being on the main road and its just what we required.

We needed somewhere to stay in Frodsham and were so pleased to find 91 Main Street.

Thinking we were going to somewhere quite bijou the surprise and pleasure we got on opening the front door should have been photographed. It really was a lovely, spacious place, beautifully maintained, warm and welcoming. Surprisingly very quiet too. Somewhere we would highly recommend. Thank you.

91 Main Street is a fantastic property in an excellent location for amenities.

We stayed here not as a holiday, but a home from home whilst we had renovation works completed at home. The place is very comfortable, very well furnished and equipped. It's has several eateries and pubs nearby offering a selection for most tastes, then you have local butchers and green grocer's on the doorstep if you want a night in to cook your own delights. Highly recommended.

Very nice property, in a very good location, with amenities on your doorstep.

It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Although on the main road, traffic noise was minimal. A very happy stay, thank you.

Great property close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Only there for a short stay but will definitely book again in the future. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. Cleaning staff were extremely helpful and dealt with our queries promptly. Would highly recommend. Jo
