We are a couple and stayed in The Barn in April 2018. The directions were clear and the location was peaceful and tucked away. The Barn is up a set of stairs and opens up into an open plan living room and kitchen, a home away from home. Comfy sofas, tv and DVD player and a small woodburner are in the living room and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, including strong wifi. The double bedroom had a beautiful view overlooking the fields and plenty of storage, The bathroom is small but works well with an over the bath shower. The whole property is filled with natural daylight. The Barn is about a 10-15 min drive from Whitchurch and we found the location easy to use as a base to visit nearby villages and larger towns. Overall we had a wonderful 5 days, we felt like we lived there rather than on holiday and would recommend The Barn to anyone wanting a low maintenance self catering holiday.
