  • "Booked a short break for 5 nights for a relaxing break, house was fantastic, hot tub is massive, TV are massive, house has everything you could need, built in coffee machine was a hit, robot cleaners mean floors are clean with a click of a button."

    Good locate in a very nice neighborhood, excellent park nearby, especially for dogs. Games room was excellent, loved the pin ball machine and car simulator, everything is high spec. Rich is on hand 24/7 and when I had to reach out for help, he always replied within minutes. He was focused on making sure we had the best time and made recommendations on places to walk dogs, eat, drink etc. Everything was spot on. We would definitely return and we usually never go to the same place twice.

  • "I am already looking at booking again!"

    !!!! Fantastic house with everything you could think of plus more. The host was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The tech in the house was such a great idea with everything at your fingertips and my dog loved the underfloor heating. The hot tub was also fantastic and got used eceryday of our stay!!!. Rich, you and your house comes highly recommended from me and my family, I can assure you we will be seeing you again very soon.

  • "The accommodation is amazing probably the best we have stayed in."

    Lots to do around the area as well so you don’t need to drive. Pub right across the road so after a walk can pop in for a drink before going back to chill. Hot tub is huge watch tele while you are in there before going back in a deciding what to do, games room or film in the lounge. All the tech is great only took a day or 2 to get your head around but the manual does help if needed. Big

    To say all the mod cons would be an understatement, it had something for people of all ages. A great house to relax in at the end of long walks. I could not recommend the home or host more. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

  • "An amazing hi tech house with all of the luxuries of a 5 star hotel too."

    Richard is an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble for him (mainly us ladies needing his tech support.). Beds really comfy didn’t want to get up in the mornings and hot tub was totally lush. We have already booked for next year can’t wait Lady Kendall Joel and co

  • "Lovely high tech property that was just as it was described."

    Was fun experiencing a smart home, though could have done with an idiots guide (there was a great instruction manual on how to use all the features)! Hot tub was great for relaxing in. Lots of great places to eat within short distance. Made for a fun weekend away.

  • "The property was excellent, everything you could think of for a smart home was there, plus more."

    The owner Richard sent us everything we needed to know well in advance of our arrival. I would suggest reading through this, as we had to refer to the hard copy a lot to get to grips with some of the technology. Once you get your head around how to use the wall display pads it was easier to control everything and having a remote in the master room was useful too. The only thing we found strange, was the only way to control tv on the ground floor, you had to use the pad on the wall, having a remote for that would also be good, but we did manage and managed well. One thing we did struggle with was the switches in each room. The design and layout of the whole property was excellent, the bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds (would benefit from having more pillows for each room). The on-suite bathroom in the Master bedroom didn’t disappoint. Loved the games room. Loved the wall art especially the Disney themed ones. The outside area is extremely well maintained and very secure. Our little dog loved it. She is old and found it very easy to get round and in and out of the house. Due to the weather we did only use the hot tub once, even though it was under cover. It was due to direction of the rain. But no one can control the weather. Would certainly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed. The owner Richard made contact with us while there, and was reassuring that should we need any assistance he was on hand to assist.

  • "Amazing property, we were greeted by the host , who is an absolute gentleman, he could not do enough for us."

    We have stopped in many properties over the years and this is one of the best. So comfortable, and we all loved the games room.and the cinema room. The hot tub was also very comfortable due to the fact of it being larger than most, meaning 4 adults could stretch out. The property was an amazing base to visit not only Nottinghamshire but many other surrounding counties. We have already booked to return, and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

  • "We had the most amazing stay from start to finish."

    My little girl said it was the best holiday ever she loved the hot tub and the lounge which she called the cinema room wow the 100inch TV does make you feel like your at the movies. My husband loved the games room and was learning out little girl how to play the games which was so lovely to see. The place was incredible and such a credit to the owner. The owner Rich was at hand before we arrived and during our stay which was great. He even sent places to visit with our kids which they loved. The extra touches were amazing there was fresh bread and milk in the fridge for us. All condiments were there aswell. He even left two amazing presents for my children which they loved. Thanks again for such an amazing stay we would defo come back and we have already recommended this place to our friends. The little pub across the road with the park was also a win for our little girl.

The large and bustling market town of Mansfield sits in the heart of Nottinghamshire and is well-known for its stunning countryside surroundings and excellent shopping opportunities. The town is also famed for its link to the famous character of Robin Hood, where you can easily access areas of the picturesque Sherwood Forest, as well as Thieves Wood and Fountaindale where you can truly immerse yourself in the tale.
