Really nice, clean property.
Everything as listed. Just one star off for the busy road and traffic noise outside - not horrendous but noticeable, especially if you're a light sleeper.
Excellent property in a perfect location on vibrant Eccleshall Road.
The only negative is the parking situation. There is no designated parking for the flat. All parking on the street is either for permit holders only or pay-and-display for a maximum of 4 hours with no returns during the daytime, and free parking overnight. This meant that I had to keep moving the car throughout the day.
Brilliant stay, the apartment had everything we could possibly need - right down to a tiny screwdriver to change batteries on a child’s toy!
Lovely, modern apartment in a great location. We were so pleased with our stay and would have loved to stay longer.

The road outside the flat is being resurfaced from 25th March - 9th April 2025 - there will be no parking on the road from 7am to 7pm, there will be parking on other side roads and on Ecclesall Road from 9.30 to 4pm.
