  • "Your cottage was lovely, fully equipped, very clean, the view from the garden was breath taking, all 3 of our dogs have never been away from home before and we're a little confused to start with but settled after a while, bakewell was beautiful, we would certainly recommend burton manor farm, it was a shame the garden wasn't completely secure so we couldn't let our dogs outside without."

Being on the lead, but that was our only issue, thank you

  • "I had an accident tonight at the property at 7pm and ended up in A and E with an injury to my foot."

I tripped up / put my foot in a large pothole at the bottom of the driveway and Inverted it. It was dark, driveway was unlit and the hole could not be seen. I have informed the owner about the defect.

  • "Beautiful location and the cottage was good."

The bathroom could do with a look at, damp and extractor did not work. The cottage would benefit from a hoover as nothing to clean with. Apart from those the cottage was well presented and kitted out.

Nice touch of Bakewell pudding and biscuits and milk. Lovely walks especially to the pub. Will stop again and would recommend.

Just one problem, unable to sit out at the picnic benches due to the large farm dogs doing their business next to benches.
