The property

This heart-warming couple's retreat resides within the lovely Derbyshire village of Mappleton, just a stone's throw from the captivating market town of Ashbourne and the glorious Peak District National Park with its abundant attractions and opportunities.

Callow Cottages benefits from snug, tastefully furnished accommodation and rests in an excellent location, making it the perfect escape to the country for you and your loved one.

Step away from Mappleton's peaceful main road and into this enticing home-from-home, the ground floor is occupied by a stylishly furnished, open-plan living room.

This attractive setup beautifully combines the modern with the traditional - the slick and contemporary kitchen area contrasts well with the redbrick fireplace housing a rustic woodburning stove, making this a marvellous spot to spend your leisure time when you're not out exploring the area.

At the end of each unforgettable day of exploring Derbyshire and the Peaks, retire to the first floor where you will find the tasteful double bedroom, set with plenty of storage space and resting adjacent to a stunning shower room with a corner walk-in shower cubicle, allowing you to prepare for each day in elegant style.

A tranquil patio sits to the front of Callow Cottages, here you can sit with your morning coffee and watch this sleepy village go about its day, you may even wish to stroll to the friendly pub which serves delicious food.

The property conveniently rests almost equidistant from the Peak District National Park and the market town of Ashbourne.

The latter is a wonderful market town comprising a network of cobbled streets, lined with high-quality restaurants and antique shops.
