Upper Whittle Farm Cottages

A group of three adjoining apartments in a converted barn set on Upper Whittle Farm on the edge of Longnor on the Peak District National Park, just 7 miles from the bustling town of Buxton. These are some of our best decorated and furnished properties, with modern features combining well with the traditional to make three very impressive apartments, perfect for families and groups. The Upper Whittle Farm Cottages are very modern and classy in an old, traditional barn conversion, they all have en-suite double bedrooms and are finished with underfloor heating, Smart TVs, oak furnishings and exposed wooden beams and stone walls throughout. They all come with open plan living including modern, classy kitchens fitted with all of the equipment you need as well as comfortable seating in the sitting areas, all of the apartments also come with incredible views of the Peak District. There is a communal outside patio with furniture, a BBQ and the most amazing views you could wish for. These properties sit in the heart of Longnor, a splendid little village offering all of your amenities as well as a craft centre as well as some incredible walking opportunities for miles and miles. Nearby is the famous theme park of Alton Towers as well as the delightful town of Buxton as well as Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Three incredible properties in an amazing location.

The charming Peak District village of Longnor is situated in beautiful countryside on the Staffordshire Moorlands/Derbyshire border, with the River Dove to the east and the River Manifold to the west, making an excellent touring centre. The village boasts two pubs, a shop, a Post Office, café tea room, fish and chip shop, great craft centre and a beautiful church. The historic market square is cobbled and a scale of market charges is still posted on a board outside the market hall. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, the Spa town of Buxton with its famous Opera House, the attractive market town of Bakewell and Alton Towers theme park are all within easy reach.
