  • “The accommodation is beautiful in a gorgeous setting however we felt that standards have obviously slipped.”

On arrival the pizza oven had not been cleaned, the bbq was disgusting and we refused to clean and unable to use which was a shame as we had some beautiful weather while we were there. The cutlery drawer was filthy which my mam cleaned. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had to be cleaned before we could use them as they still had food on. The fire area also hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. Large plants in the garden r dead, which is a shame. The property is dog friendly however we ...

The cutlery drawer was filthy which my mam cleaned. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had to be cleaned before we could use them as they still had food on. The fire area also hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. Large plants in the garden r dead, which is a shame. The property is dog friendly however we were unable to relax as the dog could get out of the garden all the way round. Hot tub wasn’t checked when it needed to be. On our second from last day the tv wasn’t working in the living area and in the outside bedroom, manager cane and advised someone would come out the following morning(our last day) however my husband managed to fix it later that day. We had a lovely holiday but disappointed with the amount we paid and the standards of this property.
