Very comfortable accommodation and great location for Ludlow.
We enjoyed our stay at Seren Cottage.
It was smart, comfortable and in a convenient and central location. Our bugbear was the emails required along the way regarding mainly the Holiday Property Bond. We think the owner has had a bad experience, which is a shame. We book through Sykes very regularly and have come across these bonds before, which have always been organised through your good admin system. There has never been any problem. We always treat a rental property as carefully as we do our own home. It didn't make me happy emailing details of our Bank Account - twice - to someone we knew nothing about. It was a palaver too. To be fair to the owners, they returned the money to our account, the day after we arrived home following our second email giving Bank details. On arrival we received an email also telling us if we had problems we should email them and they could be out of reach of a phone signal. For these reasons we would probably chose another cottage when visiting Ludlow which is an amazing little town in a lovely area.
I always look at the photos and reviews so that we get the break we are after.
This accomodation was absolutely spot on and ticked all boxes. The owners have created a really perfect, quality enviroment, away from any noise but within reach of everything in Ludlow. Instructions and communication was also excellent. Thank you.
