Sympathetically renovated in 2017 the property has been created into a beautifully presented holiday home.

Full of character and charm the sitting room has original exposed oak beams, wood burning stove and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

The perfect cosy place to sit back and relax with one of the many books, games, and Dvd's available after a day outdoors.

The well presented kitchen with breakfast bar is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a hearty breakfast or a traditional Sunday dinner for your family or friends.

The ground floor is complete with a spacious dining room, utility, cloak room and downstairs WC.

The first floor has three beautifully decorated double bedrooms with comfortable bed linen and a large luxurious modern family bathroom with double ended bathtub and separate shower enclosure.

To the outside of the cottage there are two lovely flagstone patio areas with BBQ and outdoor seating.

A secure side courtyard wth bike stand and lock is a very useful addition for any cycling enthusiast.

Also an enclosed driveway to the front of the property with space for two cars.

The historic spa town of Matlock offers a number of attractions for the whole family.

There are many places of interest within a short drive, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Arkwright's Mill, Gulliver's Kingdom, Heights of Abraham, Matlock Farm Park and the Crich Tramway Museum to name a few.

There are also many shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants to enjoy in and around Matlock.
