Cosy Cottage

The property was as described, very clean on arrival, and very easy to find.

It was indeed very cosy and ideal for the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we could need. There is no parking at the property, however even in August it was not difficult to find on street parking. There was also a parking disc for the public car parks, which can be used morning until 12pm and after 3 pm, which was very helpful. All in all we had a great stay there. My only minor grievence was that the WiFi was not great as it kept dropping out.

My partner and I had booked a short stay in this property and we didn’t want to leave!

!! It was such a lovely place to stay and I loved all the botanical artwork. We drove there and parked for free our entire stay on a residential street just round the corner. It was more spacious than I had expected, all of the facilities worked very well and the bed was SO comfortable! The lounge area was a wonderful place to relax. The flat is very well located with a supermarket over the road and the bus stop where you can take public transport to nearby villages for walking etc. You can also walk to the wonderful big garden/park in Buxton very easily and quickly. I would definitely recommend this holiday home!

A fabulous spot for touring around the Peak District as it's central to loads of places.

Lots of excellent eateries near by and we'd highly recommend the Thai restaurant a couple of doors down. If you fancy a decent ping in a proper local try the swan inn, very friendly and welcoming. We were also lucky enough to get tickets for a show at the opera house which was one of the highlights. The flat itself is very clean, comfortable and has all the things you need for a relaxing break. The property is on a number of different levels so anyone with mobility problems may find it difficult to move around but luckily it wasn't an issue. Fabulous break. Thanks.
