Our second visit to Treetops.

A lovely apartment well placed for a walk into town as well as heading off into the hills. Well equipped and comfortable. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Treetops, the apartment is exceptional and high quality throughout.

Located in one of the nicest streets in Buxton and a short (and lovely) walk into town via the Broad Walk through Pavilion gardens. My wife and I like nothing better than nice restaurants and bars on holiday and Buxton does not disappoint (great for people watching too). Great communication from the owner making the apartment easy to find and easy entry on arrival, and to top it all we had a dedicated parking space right outside the front door with it's own EV charger (definitely a first for us).

Beautiful place, light, airy and spacious.

Excellent high quality furnishings, scrumptious bed linens and kitchen accessories to die for. I thoughtful landlord who had supplied enough of all disposables, we all know how annoying it is to be left 1 dishwasher tablet and having to buy a whole box on the second day of your holiday! On a gorgeous tree lined quiet street a short walk into town. Oh and the live plants are a really nice touch. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

Easily the best equipped kitchen we've ever experienced. Comfortable beds, great showers and quality entertainment systems. Spacious and spotless. All backed up by timely information and clear instructions from the owner David. Can thoroughly recommend. Will be our place of choice when visiting the area again.

Wonderful top floor apartment peaceful &tranquil, in a lovely area of Buxton.

Pavilion gardens a short walk away, which made a nice trip into town or to walk back to apartment. Great beds ,very, very comfortable with good quality bedding. Plenty of towels, great shower and a huge bath. kitchen also had good appliances and some condiments etc you might need. only item i would suggest is a small sauce pan for soup or beans . Great parking space too . Buxton is a lovely friendly town and if we come back , which we be in the summer next time. I would definitely book Treetops again ! Many thanks to David

We had a wonderful break at Treetops.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We felt it was a luxury stay and have come home feeling refreshed - and with lots of ideas for our next home. The location is excellent, with a lovely 10 minute stroll into town and access to plenty of walks and cycle routes - perfect for us. Communication with the owners was great throughout - they really care about their guests. Thank you, we can’t wait to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay for a week in Buxton.

The apartment was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms were beautiful with lots of space for clothes and great bathroom and ensure facilities. The kitchen was amazing with everything you could need and the living room was really comfortable....in fact we considered moving in full time. The other great thing is the location as you are just a 10 minute walk through the lovely park to reach the centre of Buxton with all its great shops and choices of restaurants.

‘Treetops’ was a comfortable & thoughtfully equipped second floor apartment in a period Victorian villa. We enjoyed all the conveniences of a ‘home from home’. We found the short walk into town (via the Pavillion Gardens) was a pleasure whatever the weather. The owner David was super helpful providing details for arrival and access, as well as setting-up EV charging for the car. (You’ll need your own cable). We will certainly hope to visit again.

Great location a short walk into High Buxton or along the Broadwalk to the Opera House area.

The apartment is well furnished, spacious and has very good quality kitchen facilities. A quiet and relaxing stay.

This is a lovely property in a great location for exploring the peak district.

It is beautifully decorated, with modern appliances and the most comfortable beds. The owner David communicated early and clearly and was very responsive with my use of the ev charger. He offered flexibility with arrival and departure times, without my asking, which made for a much more relaxed departure. Many thanks for a perfect stay. Aidan and Julie

Absolutely incredible property; incredibly well featured, in a quiet location but close to the town, would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We have stayed in many holiday lets, and this is amongst the best!

The owner had clearly taken great care to provide a clean, comfortable, practical and inspiring space. And it was lovely to stay somewhere with houseplants! The owner made WhatsApp contact before we arrived with useful information, which felt welcoming. The flats location in Buxton was excellent. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Our only reservation would be with regard to whoever is responsible for the maintenance of the overall building.

The exterior front mat is caked with mud and the front hall has a lovely tiled floor which is desperate for a good scrub.

Absolutely first class.

The apartment was perfectly placed and immaculate throughout. Quiet and peaceful, we loved being a ten minute stroll from the centre of Buxton. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. Buxton is a great town too, with all the hiking trails that we wanted to do within easy reach.

Ideal base for exploring the town and the area in general.

Excellent quality fittings throughout and very well equipped. Basic cleanliness was good, but some parts, for example in the bathroom there was a spillage of cleaning fluid left in the floor. Worst was the towel rail with dust and water splash marks. The bedding was good quality feather and down filled which for me was bad news as I have an allergic reaction. Perhaps a set of synthetic filled bedding would be good. Alternatively state in the specification that duvets and pillows contain feathers. Would we go again? Yes, but I would take my own pillow!

Fabulous property in a great location for exploring Buxton and surrounding areas.

Equipped with everything you will need and more. If i ever return to Buxton i would not hesitate in staying here again as it really is home from home.

Superb 2 bedroomed flat, bright, airy and spacious.

Beautifully presented. Better equipped than your own home. Don't let the thought of a second floor flat put you off this gem, you really won't notice the stairs

Up three floors but well worth the effort to stay in this superb holiday flat, which really is amongst the treetops.

Next time we visit Buxton,will be very disappointed if Treetops is unavailable.

A beautiful apartment situated at the top of the Treetops property.

It has every ultra modern convenience and was spotlessly clean. It does indicate that there are quite a few stairs to negotiate so you have to be prepared for that !! That said we had a lovely holiday visiting Chatsworth and Bakewell

Very spacious and clean.

High quality of furnishings and equipment. Only 2 coat hangers in wardrobe which was disappointing but can't mark such a nice apartment down just for that. Suggestion for improvement would be blinds on windows around dinning table as,when the sun comes out (as it did every day) you get roasted and/or blinded.

This is truly excellent holiday accommodation, as good as we have ever had, and on a quiet avenue.

The view of the tree tops across the road is marvellous. You do need to walk up to the top floor, but this is no major challenge. All the equipment seems to be new and top quality, including the huge telly, the beds, bed linen, & heating system. The parking out front even has electric charging available. All in all this was a comfortable stay in a spacious tasteful apartment, apart from one glitch - the can opener didn't work (!), and, currently, bring your own cafetiere and teapot if you need these. I cannot praise this landlord more highly. Also bring your own Netflix sign-in code if you possess one.

A superb apartment in which to stay during our visit to Buxton.

Everything we needed in the property which was just a short walk from the middle of Buxton.

A very nicely presented property finished to a high standard and very roomy.

Perfect location for everything. The beds were very comfortable with top quality bedding. Everything you need has been thought of. Own parking space is a bonus. Lovely owner too.

The stylish and clean apt (note - fantastic quality beds and bedding) was akin to staying in a boutique hotel suite in a quiet, leafy residential neighbourhood and it was easily accessible - via an attractive park-side walk - to the town centre and other amenities e.

g. we had a great pub meal in the nearby Old Sun Inn and enjoyed mooching around the labyrinthine Scrivener’s bookshop. A virtually perfect experience (the friendly downstairs neighbour even baked us a loaf of tasty bread!) with nearly everything provided. The inclusion of a cafetière (so I could use ground coffee) would have probably made the experience perfect … as the coffee pods for the Vertuo coffee machine didn’t seem available locally (e.g. from Waitrose). This is obviously a minor quibble … I would definitely stay again :)

Great apartment.

Very high spec. Very high quality. Easy access into centre of Buxton. Operating instructions for kitchen equipment, namely: Washing machine, Cooker and Microwave would be useful.

What a lovely place you have everything was perfect !! We have visited the UK often in the last 10 years and this was the "Best" so good in fact we are staying again before our return to Australia . Even in todays inflated prices for holiday lets in UK this was well priced, It was a proper house/apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay !! Part of beautifully renovated Victorian house, decorated to a high standard with everything new, clean & comfortable.

Deservedly called Treetops as the view from this top floor apartment is lovely. In a great 'old town' part of Buxton, within easy walking distances of lots of lovely restaurants, the Pavilion & Opera House. Convenient & safe parking, although space is tight for a big car. Owner is very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable.

The owner even ensured it was lovely and warm before we arrived. It is located on a quiet road, just a short walk into Buxton centre so easy access to the shops and restaurants and yet within a few minutes walk of the countryside. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a luxurious, well furnished, comfortable retreat on a quiet road only a few mins walk from the centre of Buxton. Kitchen had everything you might need and more, decorated to a high standard throughout, and fantastic proactive support and information from the owner. It lashed with rain the whole time we were there, but we didn't care - it felt like we were returning to our own boutique hotel. Really wonderful stay - thank you.

FAB U LOUS Oh so stylish apartment.

Everything top quality from kitchen equipment to furniture and furnishings, a delight to stay there. Brilliantly equipped kitchen, we were quite happy to stay in and cook. About a 10/15 minute walk down and through the lovely gardens into the centre of Buxton where you will find loads of lovely restaurants ,cafes and shops. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We walked every day enjoying fabulous scenery in all directions around Buxton. There are quite a few steps up to the top floor, so not so good if you find stairs difficult. For us a brilliant holiday, from the apartment to the scenery. We will be back!!!

This apartment is five star plus, your every need is catered for and we highly recommend a stay.

The location is perfect just a short walk from the town centre. The owners were easy to contact, friendly and helpful. Wonderful week away in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.

The penthouse suite was perfect for us.

It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location being close to the centre of town and central to the Peak District, ticked all the boxes, as did the off street parking. All this in a quiet tree lined street .... highly recommended.
