Cottage completely up to expectations but following a request to change cottage with plenty of opportunity for owner to re-let I was very disappointed with your reaction. Following this during lockdown Sykes failed to keep contact with options, I had to find out for myself. At no time was a refund offered but, fortunately, I managed to adjust personnel arrangements and re-book (at a higher rate)
I understand that you have now changed your policy but not in time for myself.
