Set over three floors, this welcoming retreat is a wonderful place to relax and explore, offering a stylish mix of homely features and contemporary touches to make your stay that touch more comfortable.
After a day of exploring, choose between the sitting room and the snug for some down time, each presented with soft furnishings while there is a Smart TV in the snug to enjoy some daily catch up.
Allow the chef of the group to get acquainted in the kitchen, equipped with all the mods and cons required for a short break, including a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher in the utility, so washing up will be a breeze!
The bedrooms at this Wirksworth property are shared over the top two floors; on the second floor there is a king-size and a single, both with elevated views over the town skyline and served by a cloakroom with basin and WC, the first floor hosts a king-size bed.
Discover the family bathroom on the ground floor, complete with a bath and shower over so you can best decide how to prepare for the day.
When the weather is in your favour, step out to the enclosed garden, offering a tranquil spot for an evening drink or morning coffee.

The property is in a great location.
First impressions were of an interesting shaped house nicely located near to St Mary's Church, worth a visit, great history. The house was tired looking, as though it is overdue for a lick of paint and a make over. Otherwise a proper thorough clean would help too. The bathroom floor was not clean and overall the impression of the house was that it had been a bit neglected over time and superficially cleaned in between guests. It was pricey for 3 nights but we loved the surrounding area and it was our anniversary weekend. Sad that there were no welcoming touches, perhaps a card to day hello, or a pint of milk and there was a bag of rubbish at the front door when we arrived. It could be so much better with a little more attention to detail and a refresh.
Great place in the heart of Wirksworth with pubs and cafes, buzzing antiques on the street.
House was great, managed to park in St Mary's Gate, most of the time. Very comfortable especially the beds, although caught our legs on the sharp corners. Quite steep stairs, but got used to that, all in all a lovely stay.
Charming accommodations in great location in lovely town.
