The open-plan layout creates a sociable setting, making it easy for everyone to spend time together after a day of adventures.

At the centre of the home is the open-plan living space, where guests can gather around the dining table, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen and relax beside the woodburning stove.

A utility room provides additional convenience, while the ground floor also hosts a king-size bedroom and a family bathroom.

Upstairs, there is a further double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a shower room with a walk-in shower, offering flexible accommodation for a range of party makeups.

Outside, the garden features a patio area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, providing a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy the surroundings.

With off-road parking for two cars and dog-friendly accommodation, Llys Gwaun is well suited to those wishing to bring their four-legged companions along for the holiday.

The Gwaun Valley itself is renowned for its striking scenery, while the nearby Preseli Hills and Pembrokeshire Coast Path offer excellent walking opportunities.

Within walking distance is the Dyffryn Arms, affectionately known as Bessie's, a traditional front-room pub famed for serving Welsh ale from enamel jugs.

Whether exploring the coastline, venturing into the hills or discovering the area's distinctive character, Llys Gwaun makes a wonderful base from which to enjoy all that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
