  • "Spotlessly clean apartment and well represented by Sykes in terms of detail."

Living area double aspect and light and airy - larger than expected for 4 people. High ceiling had a ceiling fan - great in hot weather! Location absolutely perfect for central Tenby - would book again. Right by the station. Kitchen facilities good. A bit of complimentary soap and dishwasher tablets/washing up liquid could have been good but not a big deal.

Thank you so much for kind review I really appreciate it. I will show this to Lucy my cleaners they work really hard to make my Holiday Let’s the best they can be. I will definitely take your advice on complimentary products. I am really glad you had a great stay and look forward to possibly seeing you again. Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely stay in this property using it as a base to recce the Ironman Wales course over the weekend."

The apartment itself was huge in terms of space and well equipped with everything we needed for a few nights stay. There was a little bit of noise from the road below at night but didn't impact us at all. We left some property behind and the owner went above and beyond to ensure it was returned to us. Parking was great with the rail station over the road where we could park all weekend and there's major supermarket around the corner. It was just a quick walk into the main town and beaches. The only thing missing was an information book to outline rubbish/recycling and check out actions e.g. sheets/towels but I'd recommend this as a great spot to explore Tenby and beyond from.

Thank you for your kind review I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. I will definitely take your advice on more information details. I was glad to help returning your property. Hope to see you again. Property Owner

  • "On approaching the property from the street we were a little worried."

The outside looked a little run down with flaky paint coming off the walls and the door, first impressions really do count so a lick of paint would make a huge difference. On entering the apartment we found it to be extremely spacious, big enough for our family. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Again some parts could do with a little update but generally it was clean and practical. Mattresses on the beds need to be changed desperately as springs are poking out which made sleeping a little uncomfortable, particularly the bunk bed mattresses. Also the bunk beds were so noisy and creaky that every time someone moved , the whole family heard them. The window in the main bedroom didn’t close properly which meant we could hear the walkers attending the train station after a night out quite clearly. An information book was missing so we were unsure what to do with rubbish, no option to recycle, we were not sure what the expectations were on leaving the property. This would be a huge help to include for future guests. Location of the apartment was ideal, close to railway, short walk to the town and the beach. We did enjoy our stay at the apartment and with a few tweaks to the property, it would be fabulous place to stay.
