  • "Loved this property, great value for money."

A few things that could be improved: The listing said towels included but there were only hand towels, an Iron would have been really handy, both bedrooms lack a bedside lamp, this isn't a problem in the main bedroom as you can open a wardrobe for light, in the top bedroom, with the blackout blind, it's very dark once you've got out of bed and switched the light off, a bedside lamp would finish the room off perfectly, a guide to the property such as some local recommendations and property information such as where to put rubbish and instructions on the heating would be really useful, some tongs in the kitchen would also of been great. Please don't take anything I've said negatively as I absolutely loved your house and had a great stay, obviously the property is very new and these are just a few very minor details that I suspect are oversights when creating such a lovely holiday home. I'd happily come and stay again and would 100 % recommend your lovely house.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and kind review. We’re so pleased you loved the property and had a great stay — and we really appreciate your helpful feedback. As our first ever guests you were a pleasure to host. You were absolutely right regarding the towels — this was completely our oversight. We had removed them whilst preparing the property for photographs and unfortunately forgot to return them before your stay we are so sorry! We also really appreciate your suggestions regarding bedside lamps, an iron, kitchen tongs and a property guide with local recommendations and house information — we will definitely implement these for future. Thank you again for your lovely comments and recommendation. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Property Owner
