Step into the welcoming hallway and discover the living room, which benefits from a log-burning stove, two sofas and an armchair, whilst up a small set of steps, a well-equipped kitchen next door offers a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, and a separate dining room is perfect for relaxed dining for all guests.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Upstairs, the comfortable bedrooms are bright and fresh, comprising two king-size bedrooms, one of which benefits from a sofa, alongside a third king-size bedroom with a feature range and an en-suite shower room.

Stanley 1 mile has a corner shop, post office, butcher, chemist , playparks, pubs and restaurants. The popular 'Active Kids' at Burnside Farm and 'Stanley Mills' are also notable attractions.

There is so much for everyone in Perthshire regardless of age and taste. Whether your interests lie with history, culture, stately homes and castles, gardens, wildlife, fishing, golf, cycling or adventure sports, they are all within easy reach. Guests can wander round the fair city of Perth, only fifteen minutes away, with its cafes and restaurants, theatres and galleries, or enjoy a day at the famous Perth Races. Head north to historic Dunkeld famed for its ancient cathedral and a pretty 17th century building, restored by the National Trust for Scotland. Then on to Pitlochry, with its festival theatre, salmon ladder and various festivals throughout the year.
