"Great accommodation; clean, comfortable and good value."
We very much appreciated the welcome food items and the fact that there were plenty of loo rolls and dishwasher tablets. A grab rail for the bath and some coat hooks would have been useful. We enjoyed our stay.
Thank you for your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the suggestions, we’ll look into those.

A great spot to see the surrounding area but also great accommodation covering all ages, we were 2 adults, 2 children and 2 grandparents and it suited everyone. Plenty of space for 6 with all amenities catered for.

"A beautiful spacious 3 bed lodge."
Everything you need is there. Lots to do locally or further afield if you drive.
Quiet and tranquil.
Would definitely stay again.
A big surprise was the locally sourced bread, milk, eggs, shortbread and other items included, but not stated on booking. Wonderful little touches that just make you love the place.
Whether sightseeing, visiting family or just needing a break and solitude, this is a fabulous place to do it.
Thank you for the wonderful
feedback. We are very glad you enjoyed your stay :)

"The area was absolutely beautiful, the cottage was nice also but wasn’t the cleanest, the couches where absolutely filthy , I had to put a blanket over them to sit down, shouldn’t be like that for the money, I stayed in no 26 and my brother in law stayed in 21 and his was way more modern and more thought put into it than ours and couches where not filthy and he payed the same price , so if I was to return I’d return to number 21 for that reason alone ."
Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry you found the couches unclean. I do wish you had contacted us to discuss getting that sorted for you. We are usually rated highly for cleanliness so this has come as a shock to read in your review.

"We had a wonderful time at strathtay lodge, accommodation was in a lovely location and very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay."
We were lucky enough to be able to enjoy sitting on the veranda and enjoy the views over to the river which we also went and had lovely walks with the dog on the little hidden path which winds along the side of the river Tay. It was also just a short walk into Aberfeldy which was handy for any supplies that was needed.
Thank you very much for the wonderful review. We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay! Aberfeldy is a great town and we agree the views are wonderful!

"We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at strathtay Lodges we did loads of travelling around & it was an ideal base for us to do that the comfort of the beds was heavenly!"
so comfortable & summertime Quilts really helped us all get good nights sleeps!...one small improvement the cooker was still a bit greasy & smelly from previous use I had to mention it as I didn't want anyone thinking we'd left it like that... otherwise no complaints at all & thankyou for a lovely stay.
Thank you for your feedback. Great to hear you found your stay comfortable!
Thank you for the information about the cooker, we will sort that out. Katie

"It should be noted that the terrace of cottages is 30 yards from a very busy road with a lot of forestry & distillery lorries trundling by."
If this is of no concern, the cottage itself was really nice. The access road is also very rough and steep. Having noted the above, we really enjoyed our stay.
Thank you for the feedback. The access road is being improved next week, and a more permanent solution is being decided for the future. Katie and Hugh

"We really loved how easy it was to get in contact with the owners of the place."
We appreciated the fantastic communication, nice accommodation and a well located area to stay in. I noticed that there are small attempts to become more eco friendly and this was seriously encouraging to me, as i look for this in all the businesses i put money towards, as well as the company that I work for. The one suggestion I had is that there needs to be somewhere for guests to separate out their own trash into recycled items and non recycle items, rather than it all going in one bin. We really liked the balcony and thought that was a fun touch. The place could do with some good wildflowers and native trees, but i'm aware its a recently developed site, so this will come in time. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Thank you for the feedback! Will think about how to incorporate the recycling in to the house too. Katie and Hugh :)

"A really lovely apartment - modern and so clean and bright."
Very well equipped with kitchen utensils etc, comfy sofas, lovely verandah with picturesque views there & also from the kitchen window & two of the three bedroom windows. Beds were very comfy too. The apartment felt so spacious.
Great having a WC downstairs as well as a big bathroom upstairs.
Only real negative was that the cupboard containing the hoover & pegs to hang our coats etc was extremely stiff & heavy to open. It looked warped & uneven along the base, so that would be good to fix.
A dish drainer rack beside the sink would have been good too as we didn’t always need to use the dishwasher as only the two of us. Also place mats for the dining table, a mirror in the downstairs WC & a hairdryer would have been good too. The road up to the apartments was very steep & uneven in places & “slippery” with all the loose little stones.
But apart from that this was a wonderful accommodation and we loved our stay there as did our little dog. Great location too to get to lovely forest walks, pretty villages and lochs and hills nearby. Would love to stay there again.
Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are glad you had a lovely stay.
Thank you too for the constructive points on the lodge and letting us know the things that would be helpful to better equip the lodge. Katie and Hugh :)
