Lismore

Enjoyed our stay at Lismore: lovely, quiet, warm flat, with comfortable bed; clean bathroom with plenty of towels and powerful shower; comfortable sofa and dining table/chairs.

The welcome basket of goodies was a lovely surprise - thank you! Kitchen had a good supply of crockery, cutlery, saucepans and utensils, but recommend getting some microwave-safe lidded bowls, too.

Great location, thoughtfully presented and much enjoyed.

Accomodation was very clean and well decorated.

Fine size for a couple with 2 dogs. Close to the main street where the shops are. Problems that we had:- Couch was a bit low for us making it difficult to get out of. No instructions for the heating. Weather was cold and wet and although the heating was set to come on the temperature was set a bit low. No instructions for television or information as to what to do with the rubbish. Would suggest an information folder with the instructions for appliances etc.

The flat was clean and comfortable the only downside was that the heating wasn’t working but there was an electric heater there to plug in.

The house was really cosy ,shops within walking distance.

It was well equipped, everything you could possibly need was there. We will definitely be booking again .

This was our second stay at Lismore, great comms with the owner and so convenient for the amenities in Crieff.

Would definitely recommend it. Crieff itself is a nice little town and well located for lovely walks and access to great places to visit. don't miss Aberfeldy and Dunkeld especially in the autumn colours.

Bijou flat but given it's size has lots of amenities and is nicely presented.

Very well positioned for the town and other amenities with the most fabulous coffee and pastry shop at the end of the road - way too tempting! The surrounding countryside is beautiful to explore. Parking on the road we found very limited - only managed it once but there is a good amount of free parking in Crieff so we parked just one toad down. Iona the owner was super responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. We will be back soon.

We had a lovely stay, the space was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

The welcome gifts were a nice surprise! Very well situated, Crieff is a lovely town in itself with plenty to do, and lots of great walks nearby. Check in/out was stress free and parking on the street was easy too. Thank you!

Very nice and compact ground floor apartment just a couple of mins walk from the town centre with all the shops and bus routes.

Finding it and getting the keys was seamless. Parking wasn't a problem; was usually a spare space nearby on the road. Well equipped kitchen with the added bonus of a washing machine: rare in the smaller 1 bed apartments. Modern and clean bathroom and the communal garden at the back ideal for letting the dogs out in the morning. I didn't see a welcome pack which would be useful with information on refuse collection and WiFi code etc. The only issue I experienced was noise from the residents walking above in the evenings which frightened my dogs on a couple of occasions, but to be expected I suppose in a ground floor apartment. Other than that was an ideal place in a very friendly town. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.
