The property

This lovely apartment boasts an elevated position, attached to the owner's home in the Scottish Borders village of St Abbs.

With stunning views out across the sea from almost every room, this cottage offers a homely feel inside.

St Abbs is a delightful village with a colourful harbour and stunning views in every direction.

Coldingham is popular with surfers and has a shop as well as a couple of pubs to choose from.

Visit St Abb's Head National Nature Reserve to explore a wide variety of rare wildlife.

You also have the capital city of Scotland just over an hour's drive away.

Further afield are the Cheviot Hills within the Northumberland National Park, ideal for walking and outdoor adventure.

Just over the Border into Scotland, St Abbs is a picturesque fishing village with a delightful harbour and fishermen's cottages hugging the hillside, situated on a beautiful stretch of Berwickshire coastline.

Diving can be enjoyed from the harbour, while the nearby St Abb's Head National Nature Reserve has a rich variety of wildlife and is a paradise for birdwatchers! An ideal location for walks - the Cheviots, Scottish Borders and the spectacular coastline all offer excellent walking.

There is a safe, sandy beach 3 miles away in nearby Coldingham, which is very popular with surfers.

The historic fortified Border town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, with shops, a museum and a castle, is nearby, and is well worth a visit.

Holy Island, the Farne Islands, the attractive seaside villages of Craster, Eyemouth and Seahouses, and Edinburgh, capital city of Scotland, are all within touring distance..
