Attached to the owner's home set on their idyllic working farm, this quaint ground-floor abode offers a romantic retreat for a couple seeking the fresh, northern air of Scotland.

Spend a bright afternoon walking along the rugged coast, and come home to a warm, inviting sitting room, heated by an eco-friendly biomass heater and solar panels, you can settle down on the vibrant sofa and rest your legs.

Enjoy the splendid decor that pops with colour, with rustic touches like the decorative woodburning stove adding a certain homeliness, and spend a quiet evening watching a film on the TV.

Step into the beautifully-fitted kitchen, home to an electric oven and hob, along with a slimline dishwasher, and rustle up some favourite go-to recipes, or prepare a picnic for a day in the outdoors.

Spend time outside in the delightful garden and look out to the sea beyond while you sip a refreshing beverage as the sun sets.

The village of Coldingham nestles in between rolling farmland above Coldingham Bay, a sheltered crescent of golden sand on the beautiful Berwickshire coastline. With a fabulous beach and excellent canoeing and surfing, the village also offers an array of local shops, pubs and restaurants. St. Abbs, a quaint and picturesque fishing village is one mile away and its Nature Reserve is renowned for its variety of birds and wealth of marine life, which attracts sub aqua divers the world over. This area is ideal for exploring The Scottish Borders and Northumberland, with their spectacular coastlines and excellent walking, golf, horse riding, cycling and fishing. Further inland, discover a multitude of abbeys, castles, stately homes and gardens.
