The property is presented to a very high standard throughout, with stunning features including exposed beams and brickwork, outside there is a patio area with table and chairs for alfresco dining and ample room for parking.

Situated on a smallholding, the cottage is positioned midway between the pretty villages of Minton and Little Stretton, placing you in excellent walking and cycling countryside.

Minton Lane Cottage boasts an enviable location; an idyllic, peaceful spot nestled into the Long Mynd, with magnificent views all around, making it the perfect place to stay when exploring Shropshire, there are two good pubs serving food, wine and ale within easy walking distance and a range of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants can be found in Church Stretton just 1.5 miles away.

The property is easily accessible by road or rail, the station in Church Stretton is on the Manchester to Cardiff line, with a links to London from Newport, South Wales.

12 miles north of the cottage is the county town of Shrewsbury and 12 miles south is the town of Ludlow, both towns are abundant with half-timbered buildings that house shops and, in some cases, top Michelin-starred restaurants, the towns are an architectural treat for everyone.
