"Fantastic time spent at upper home farm."
group of 15 rangeing from 2-70. facilities are amazing, the house has everything we needed, from fully equiped kitchen, bar area, games, plenty of space and a really cosy living room with a stunning fire place (wood supplied). the entertainment for the kids (and adults) was incredible. we took loads of toys for kids but there was no need, theres toys and games stashed in every cupboard. the seperate barn with table tennis, darts, badminton, go carts etc was brilliant. situated in a tiny hamlet it felt so relaxed and just a 5 minute walk to a seperate area with other holiday lets where there was a park, tennis court and an incredible indoor pool facility which can be booked. fantastic setting which felt so relaxing and chilled. very isolated but the tesco driver found it easily so we didnt need anything. 15-20 trip to nearest shop so as long as your organised its fine and actually lovely to be so remote. stunning scenery, fields as far as the eye can see. amazing trip and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. thank you

"Nothing unlucky about our family group of 13 au Upper House Farm."
A fantastic week in this splendid and spacious accommodation, allowing for gathering together and times apart. A lot to enjoy, on and off site. Large kitchen/diner where two dishwashers are worth their weight in steel. Separate games room is a bonus as is the pool and gym just a few yards down the road. Spectacular countryside views. Do visit Church Stretton, Much Wenlock and Ironbridge. Good pub grub at The Royal Oak. Narrow roads and potholes are a bit of a downside, but on the upside it seems to rain only at night! We lucky 13 would definitely go again.

"We would highly recommend this house for a large group."
We stayed with a party of 10, including both kids and adults, and everyone had a fantastic time.
The house is even bigger than it looks in the photos, and the views of the rolling hills are absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils, but just a heads-up that there aren't any spices provided, so it's worth bringing your own.
There was plenty to keep everyone entertained. We loved the pool table, foosball table, and selection of games. One of the biggest highlights was the games room with the ping pong table. Just a short walk from the house is the farm, where the kids loved feeding the pigs, goats, ponies, and chickens.
Another fantastic bonus was the go-karts, which everyone enjoyed riding around the track near the tennis court. It was a real hit with the whole family.
We also really appreciated that the stay included a complimentary 90-minute private session in the pool, which made our visit even more special.
Overall, this is a wonderful property with excellent facilities for families and larger groups. We'd happily stay here again!

"This is a superb property."
We used it to celebrate an occasion with our extended family. The property has something for everyone. There's a wide variety of games from badminton to twister! The location has wonderful views and is very peaceful - I doubt more than half a dozen cars go past each day. The kitchen/diner has everything you could want and we used the BBQ a couple of times as well. The beds were very comfortable and the showers great. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool complex.

"Staying at Upper Home Farm recently with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday was an absolute treat."
The location and views are magnificent, and the accommodation was more than adequate for us all. Every last attention to detail had been thought of. Every time one of us asked “I wonder if they’ve got a ……” The said item was located! Right from the start, before we’d even arrived, Sara, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions I had, greeted us at the property when we arrived and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and gave us plenty of detailed advice of the best walks in the area. There is so much to do at the property a weekend was not long enough; many games such as table tennis and table football as well as the beautiful grounds to sit out in.There is also a complimentary 90 minute use of the infinity pool, gym and spa area included in The booking. I would definitely recommend at stay at this beautiful house; whether with family and children or a group of adults there is something for everyone.

"Wonderful stay in a beautiful home."
There were 14 of us, 12 adults and 2 teenagers and Upper Home Farm was perfect for our needs. The house has everything for a great social weekend, entertainment such as the pool table, musical instruments, play areas as well as enough separate rooms for space if you wanted some quiet time. Rooms are beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well equipped for a large party and the beds really comfy. Beautiful setting, we had dogs with us and they loved it too! An ideal home for a family get together, will definitely be back! Thank you for a brilliant stay ❤️

"We had the most wonderful stay at Upper Home Farm."
Finding a venue that comfortably accommodates a group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) is no small feat, but this property ticked every single box for us.
The onsite amenities are truly superb and—crucially—weather-proof. We didn't have to rely on sunshine to have a great time, as the "Play Barn" opposite the accommodation kept everyone entertained for hours.
Highlights included:
- Access to a gorgeous private swimming pool
- The pool table and table football which provided some healthy competition for the adults and kids alike.
- Gym Equipment in the play barn
A huge thank you to Sara, our host. She gave us a warm welcome and was a constant help throughout our stay. Whether we needed a quick answer to a question or a local recommendation, she was always available and happy to assist.

"Upper Home Farm is one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in."
We booked here for a surprise 70th birthday for my husband . The range of our 15 party was 70years to 6 years.
All of us loved it, the home was clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped, we wanted for nothing. The pool table was well used as well as the annex with table tennis and badminton. The views and walks where breathtaking, the horses and pony were well loved by the children and the short walk( though slippy due to the snow) to the amazing swimming pool was well worth it. Thanks for a fabulous time.

"Upper Home Farm was amazing!"
We had travelled in 3 cars from different parts of the country and there was plenty of parking. The village is in a very rural location and accessed via narrow country lanes from every direction! There was a lovely pub - the Royal Oak - less than 2 miles away but the footpaths were too muddy to enable us to walk there this time. The living areas and bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was one of the most well equipped we have have stayed in. We were 3 generations of a family - 9 in total - ranging from 9 - 75 years booking for a Christmas get together. There were 2 separate living rooms but each enabled us to all be together if we wanted to, plus lots of other options, also the dining table in the kitchen seated us all too! It's amazing how many properties advertise for a large number of people but don't have enough space to seat everyone, which is important to us. Sara, our host, was very attentive and responsive, and had left a supply of fuel for the log burner, which was a nice bonus. The house was equipped with a pool table, which we made good use of, and there was table tennis and a small gym in an annexe. There was also another gym and lovely indoor swimming pool a 10 minute walk away that could be booked for a 90min session which we took advantage off too. This is probably one of the best houses we have rented for us all, and we have stayed in a lot. We hope to be able to return.
