  • "Perfect location overlooking the river and totally clean inside the property with no faults."

Beds very comfy and lovely pure white bedding and towels. I would have given maintenance 5star if the patio/ balcony had been dusted, there were hundreds of cobwebs covering the walls and some outside windows. There was that many we wasn’t sure if they were left for environmental reasons? Loved all the recycling bins and maybe a bottle of milk for a drink (we’d driven a long way and normally get this with other stays at Sykes), not a big issue though. I would ask the owner to add some coasters to protect surfaces when having a hot drink, couldn't find any. Again not a big issue. There was a problem with the gates on arrival but the owner rang straight away and got us sorted. Bad connection too so both the owner and Sykes called me back. Great service so thanks for that. Great location for exploring Bath and surrounding areas. Easy walk into town despite short steep uphill walk from property to access main road and obv downhill when returning. Will definitely visit again.
