This cottage is a gem.

The garden itself is like a wildlife reserve with insects.blackbirds sparrows and bees and it’s a pleasure to be able to sit in it and enjoy it. The Cottage is tastefully decorated and with the garden ornaments it’s like a stately home garden. We would have liked some roof blinds in the conservatory in the extreme heat this July but that wouldn’t stop us enjoying what is a suburb property. Andrew the owner has been extremely helpful and we are very disappointed to have to leave early due to problems with our car.

What a beautiful cottage had a lovely week garden exceptional dog loved it so quite and peaceful ,well equipped facilities couldn't of asked for more would recommend it and would definitely go again

Lovely bungalow.

Walking distance to sea front and shops. Very close, 30 min drive, to National Trust properties which was why we chose Burnham. Not a lovely town but plenty of other places to explore.

Clean well equipped property in quiet estate. Plenty to see in area. lovely enclosed garden. Would visit again.

Garden was a bonus and we had lovely weather to enjoy it. Nice quiet area and lovely neighbours too.

8 was a fantastic place to stay. Quiet, relaxing and comfortable. With such a wonderful kitchen and conservatory doubling as a diner/snug we found we did not need to use the lounge at the front of the bungalow. The attractive garden was on view from the conservatory and the occasional appearance of the robot lawn mower was fun to watch. We found no issues with anything, the tvs were pretty standard format on catch up or live and the owner was readily contactable via the Sykes app. We spoke to the neighbours who were very friendly along with many locals as we travelled to and from the beach. Nicely positioned within walking distance of the shops, pubs and cafes we could not fault the property at all. Our only problem was booking for just seven days as we needed at least two (maybe even a month) to enjoy such a fabulous property and location.

We didn’t do any recycling because we didn’t realise there was two sets of keys until we was leaving. We had a set of two keys. Also being an older group the televisions were a challenge.

What a gorgeous home.

Absolutely gorgeous garden where we managed to see the robot lawn mower out. Very well equipped and comfortable. My only issue (not just with this home but a lot of rentals) was the bedding and towels smelling so so strongly of washing detergent. It's so hard to find a home that just uses Non Bio non scented detergents. Unfortunately due to skin issues and allergies this would stop me booking this beautiful home again. We had to go purchase towels as I couldn't use the ones provided, and I used blankets we had with us rather than getting into the bed. Maybe I should start asking what the bedding and towels are washed in before booking. I haven't dropped stars for this letting as it's not the fault of the owners that I have severe allergies ;-) Other than that it was a lovely peaceful break!
