Lympsham is an ideal base for a peaceful break, it has all the essential amenities you could need for your getaway, including a village shop and even a cricket pavilion which is licensed and open to the public. The village has a manor house, manor hall and is home to a Grade I listed church dating back to the 15th century. Lympsham lies adjacent to East Brent and Brent Knoll and close to the River Axe, once used as a port as indicated by the name of the pub, The Hobbs Boat Inn. There are a wide variety of wonderful places to visit around Lympsham, close by there is the popular seaside resort of Weston-super-Mare, as well as Brean with its Animal Farm Adventure Park and Leisure Park. Cheddar and Cheddar Gorge are only 10 miles away, boasting beautiful views and lots of adventure to uncover.
