  • "The accommodation was fairly clean on arrival, it smelled lovely but some dishes in the cupboard and air fryer needed to be washed before using, the bedding all felt clean and fresh."

The furnishings are modern and tidy with WiFi, TV and Bluetooth speakers all easy to use with instructions either sent or left. Communications were perfect leading up to the stay, I knew exactly where to go and what to do. The position in the park is great, very close to the water, about three rows back from the water in roughly the middle of the waterfront. It was lovely and peaceful down at the front. What lets it down is the comfort of the soft furnishings, the beds and sofa desperately need renewed, they are beyond uncomfortable, the sofa and beds are so hard they are painful to lay on after a short while.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback, and for your kind words about the cleanliness, bedding, communication and our peaceful position near the water. I'm glad you liked the location and I appreciate you raising the other points. I pride myself on the cleanliness of the caravan and all crockery etc is checked by the cleaner and checked by myself before each handover. I'm sorry to hear you found the beds and sofa a little firm. We have memory foam mattresses for extra support, but I appreciate firmness is very personal to each guest. I do have soft mattress toppers and extra pillows / cushions available on request - please just ask during your stay next time and I'll be happy to help. Thank you again for staying and for your helpful feedback. Property Owner
