  • "What a beautiful home you have!"

We loved the very high end furnishings, especially the melin tregwynt throws and cushions and ewe moos- good to see Welsh crafts being used. The house felt very luxurious, warm and comfortable which was great as the weather was awful! The kitchen was really well equipped and the massive tv was a bonus! The lovely view of the sea from the little balcony was another bonus. We had a lovely week, thank you

Thank you for your kind and generous review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at The Pottery. Diolch yn fawr. Property Owner

  • "A perfect property in a perfect location."

2 mins walk to all the amenities on offer in the beautiful town of Newport, lots of choice of cafes and places to eat. Great location for discovering all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. The property itself is one of the best I have stayed in, even better than the photos! I would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean and high quality furnishings and fittings. Lovely and warm for those winter stays too. The owners clearly invest heavily in this beautiful property and the comfort of their guests. Thank you for a delightful stay.

What an amazing review, many thanks. We’re pleased that you enjoyed The Pottery. Diolch yn fawr. Property Owner

  • "The Pottery is one of the best cottages we have stayed in, a home from home and very well appointed."

The beds in particular were incredibly comfortable and we slept like logs! We appreciated the generous welcome hamper which made a lovely start to our stay. The location in Newport was also excellent, as it was so easy to get to everything in the village whilst also being very accessible for walking on the coast path. Thank you.

Dear Gareth Thank you for leaving a positive and informative review. Feedback is encouraging for all of us involved who work towards maintaining high standards for our guests. Above all else, we’re pleased that The Pottery met your high expectations whilst staying here in North Pembrokeshire. Diolch yn fawr am eich hadolygiad positif. Gobeithio cewch chi gyfle i aros eto! The property

This immaculately presented former Pottery is perfectly positioned in the coastal town of Newport, Pembrokeshire.

The original 18th century property has been converted into a stylish and modern three-bedroom cottage.

Boasting a woodburning stove, an open-plan living space and close proximity to the local amenities and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, The Pottery welcomes six guests to enjoy a peaceful retreat to West Wales.

Upon entering your new home-from-home, settle down in the snug and click on the Smart TV, perfect for resting your tired legs at the end of a long day.

In the kitchen, allow the allocated chef to whip up a tasty feast for the whole family, to be enjoyed at the dining table over a favourite tipple or two; on cooler evenings, why not make use of the roaring woodburning stove and Smart TV in the plush sitting area to delight in a movie marathon?

If you begin to feel tired, retreat to the first floor to take a soak in the tub, before sloping off to one of three bedrooms including a super-king-size, a double with a Juliet balcony and its own en-suite shower room so you can prepare for the day in style, and a twin.

If you can tear yourself away, you are also well-positioned to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, just a short walk away at Parrog.

Spend the morning upon the sandy mounds of Newport Beach or spend the day in the peaceful coves of Pwllgwelod and Cwm-Yr-Eglwys.

Heading east, a visit to the stunning Neolithic Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber is a must - one of the picture-postcard locations of Wales.

Use this visit as your gateway into the mythical Preseli Hills - the birthplace of the Bluestone of Stonehenge.

Travel onwards where you can visit Castell Henllys Iron Age Village and the gentle giants at the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm in Eglwyswrw before reaching Cardigan and its castle that hosted the first Eisteddfod in 1176.

Make sure you explore the atmospheric ruins at St. Dogmaels Abbey and take in nature at its best with a visit to Cilgerran's Wildlfie Centre.

For your next Welsh adventure, choose The Pottery.
