“Lovely well needed stay at this well presented , clean and comfortable converted game building.”

Hosts were great , welcome pack was a unexpected treat and the level of detail within the property was fantastic. There were clear instructions for every appliance and winding down in the hot tub after long walks in the day was well received. Would definitely recommend

The property

Newcastle Emlyn 3 miles.

This luxurious barn conversion is set on a working livestock farm in beautiful countryside, just three miles from the market town of Newcastle Emlyn in South Wales.

This beautiful Newcastle Emlyn cottage boasts high quality solid oak furnishings and warming underfloor heating, and is an ideal holiday home for couples or a family.

From the main entrance at this Newcastle Emlyn cottage there is a light and airy sitting area with a lovely woodburning stove, which then leads you through an open archway into the superbly equipped kitchen and dining area.

Although all ground floor there are two steps within this Newcastle Emlyn cottage leading to two spacious bedrooms, or why not pause and admire the stained glass window in the passageway depicting beautiful Welsh daffodils and a cow.

Completing the accommodation at your Newcastle Emlyn cottage is a large utility room and a delightful bathroom with whirlpool bath.

The covered private patio has a glorious hot tub, rocking seats and a swing, ideal for alfresco dining on a sunny day, whilst on the farm itself you will have the opportunity to see a donkey, some chickens, cattle and calves, plus the next door neighbours have show shire horses which you will see grazing in the fields.

At such a wonderful cottage you may not venture far, but if you do you will be spoilt for choice with walks and cycle routes, the local market town of Newcastle Emlyn to explore, the coastlines of Carmarthen, Cardigan and Pembrokeshire, or perhaps a steam railway ride.

Whatever you have on your wish list, this exquisite Newcastle Emlyn cottage is an excellent base all year round.
