  • "Just returned from a lovely week at Seabrook, this being our third stay."

The house is just great for a family gathering of different generations, loads of space, warm and comfortable and very good for those times we didn't go out and eat. The location is so convenient for our favourite part of Pembrokeshire. We had fantastic weather too. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay

  • "Seabrook is a wonderful house in a great location."

No need to pack a car for the beach, no need to make sandwiches etc to take to the beach, no need to even get changed after swimming in the sea; just a 2 minute walk over a road and one is home. Fabulous.

  • "Seabrook is a high quality, modern, spacious, light-filled property where you are welcomed with vases of flowers, welsh cakes and local eggs."

Its location is a stone's throw from the wide sandy beach, yet still extremely quiet being close to a nature reserve. Every room is spotlessly clean with as-new furnishings, and perfect for our group of 6 adults so we could each have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has large workspaces with plenty of cupboard storage and is extremely well equipped for self-catering. Lots of sofas, comfortable beds and excellent showers; we loved the mezzanine space to relax, read or do a jigsaw. You can sip your coffee outside on the patio and watch the sea waves rolling in. There is a well stocked Londis supermarket and a choice of pubs and cafés just round the corner. Take lovely coastal walks from the doorstep and we recommend a trip to Skomer, Sweet Home Alpaca walks, Pointz Castle ice cream and Nolton Haven. We loved the quiz night at the Ocean bar on Thursday!

  • "What can I say about this fantastic holiday cottage."

It’s by far the best I’ve stayed in and I just cannot find one negative thing to say about it. Two things we’ve found to be a negative in holiday let’s is, hard beds and uncomfortable sofas. Sadly this can spoil a holiday for those of us who are getting on a bit, but Seabrook scored one hundred percent on this as well. Absolutely spotless throughout. They must work very hard to keep up such a standard. The other bonus it the location and if I knew how to download a photo I would put a shot from the living room window of a red sky overlooking the beach

In terms of cleanliness and comfort and facilities it really sets the Gold standard. A well-equipped kitchen is important to us as we prefer to cook at the end of long days out and also we hate to miss the Broad Haven beach sunsets! It is the perfect location from which to explore Pembrokeshire and to be able to kickstart the day or bring it to a gentle close with a beach walk within minutes of Seabrook is blissful!

It has everything you could possibly need available and is a fantastic base for both walking the Pembrokeshire coast path and for a beach holiday. The open plan nature of the lounge and kitchen with the added mezzanine floor is superb and provides plenty of space for everyone staying to chill out and relax.

  • "This is our third stay and the cottage itself cannot be faulted."

It is exceptionally well equipped and clean and comfortable and everything is very good quality. The location across the road from the beach is great. The only thing that lets it down is the unattractive outside space - not an issue in February but would be (and has been for us previously) later in the year. Even some attractive shrubs or pots would be something. We were pleased to be offered an earlier check in of 3pm the day before arrival, as were originally told 5.30pm which is something people need to be aware of as is extremely late

  • "Amazing property."

Very clean. Great location. Pub on the corner does very good food. Only minor gripe would be that for such a very modern property, with top quality appliances, the only TV is Freesat. Basic Sky package would give greater choice. But having said that I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone. I got wifi in the bedroom, unlike previous comments. Would certainly book again.

  • "It appears that COVID has been used as an excuse by holiday letting agencies to allow entry to the property later and later and need to leave earlier so much so that you loose almost a whole day of your holiday."

This does not seem like value for money. Due to this we actually left a day later and arrived on Sunday rather than Saturday to have earlier access, as we have to leave home early to allow for M25 traffic and hanging around waiting to get into the property is difficult if you have children or special needs requirements etc

  • "Fabulous property in a lovely location."

The house was lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipt. The welcome book was really informative about the house and surrounding area. One of our party has mobility issues and the house was perfect for them with only 3 steps up to the lounge and plenty of space for a mobility walker. The house is in a perfect location with the beach, shops and restaurants just a short walk away and easy access to the rest of Pembrokeshire's beautiful coast line. Thank you to the owners and team of cleaners for a beautifully presented property, we would have no hesitation recommending it to others and returning ourselves in the future.

Wifi was limited to the main room but this didn’t affect our holiday. We would definitely return to a beautiful property in a beautiful location.

Everything that we could need was on hand(that lovely home from home feeling). The new crockery was lovely and modern but unfortunately the plates were too big for the dishwasher. There were lots of cleaning products to keep the house fresh and clean; we liked that. We first visited this property in 2016 and it still looks as great as it did then. Overall a fabulous property.

We found the house to be perfectly clean and well decorated to a high standard. Really enjoyed the spacious living area and well equipped kitchen. We were there just before school holidays so everywhere was very quiet although we can imagine in peak time this area is very busy with the car park and a new business opposite.

  • "This is a lovely property in a very good location and we felt at home from the start."

There is an area to the side of the property that is a real suntrap. A pity there are no garden chairs or loungers provided for this area but only a picnic table and benches to the rear of the property. We were really lucky with the weather and had bright sunny days. There are lots of lovely walks around if you want a change from the beach. Can recommend the gift shop and The Galleon Inn. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming and we had a lovely relaxing holiday. On the downside, the TV and DVD controllers either need new batteries or replacing altogether as half the buttons do not work and we could not find any books and games as published in the listing. We have stayed in many holiday properties over the years and this is the first that did not have a Visitors Book or any instructions to operate any of the appliances (although this was not really a problem as everything was pretty straightforward) and there was confusion over the myriad of light switches especially the ones for the outside lights which are in the utility far away from the light fittings or what to do with recycling. There were 3 wheelie bins on the drive which contained a bin bag in one, cardboard in another and plastic and metal in the other. We stuck to that but there was no evidence of where to put glass for recycling so we left the empty bottles in the green plastic box by the washing line and hoped that was right! There was no clue as to what should be done with the food waste though. Perhaps some labels could be added to the wheelie bins and the light switches? However, these are minor issues and all in all we really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly be back.

  • "A very nice property, and handy to the local beach."

Perhaps with Covid restrictions easing the documentation for the use of the appliances could be provided again along with the instructions for the local recycling proceedures. We struggled a bit with the T V which appears top be on Free SAT but it needs setting up to be connected to the Wi Fi hub as as we couldn't use iPlayer or ITV hub catch ups Would be more than happy to stay here again

It was spacious and had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The house is set in the perfect location situated at the end of the village, just 200 yrds from the beach and local pub with the local store just a mere 300 yrd away. The property was well spaced out all situated on one floor and with all the windows you have lovely views all around. The kitchen was well kitted out and made home cooking easy. There were all the utensils that you needed to make every meal and the choice of pots and pans was just a good. The living area was again spacious and the mezzanine was bonus chill out area for my children. The only thing we felt was missing was a few comfy garden chairs and maybe a bbq but that certainly wasn't a deal breaker and we hope to return in the coming years.
