  • "We spent just over two weeks at Barn 2."

    The whole property was very clean and well equipped and our teenage children were delighted that the twin room has been split into two singles. The barn is in a very rural location so a car is essential but this also meant that we could enjoy the silence, dark skies, owls and a local buzzard. It was also an easy drive to takeaways and supermarkets. The property has good WiFi and the seating outside is a lovely sun trap in the morning. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet haven after busy days exploring the delights of South Wales.

  • "A comfortable, cosy and convenient place to stay for a chance to explore all the Brecon Beacons have to offer (and that is a great deal!"

    !) My friend and I had the wettest week imaginable, but Barn 2 was excellent in all aspects. Plenty of warmth and hot water, lovely quiet place and obviously, one of those dark sky areas. We were out all day every day bar one, when the Met Office recommended staying at home anyway. Ideal for anyone looking to make the most of the area. Thoroughly recommend this place, clean and providing everything one could need, including lots of space. Five star as far as we are concerned.

  • "We absolutely loved staying here - it was perfect for our family of 4."

    My boys (10 & 13) loved having their own rooms and the cottage had everything we needed. We loved the location, a bit off the main path, but close proximity to all the adventures we had planned. We would definitely stay here again.

  • "The owners are lovely and cannot do enough for you!"

    Very friendly and the barn was lovely would be lovely to be able to have a secure area where a dog can be taken off the lead to have a run around would recomend for somewhere nice and picturesque to stay lovely quiet and peaceful

  • "The barn is situated in a gorgeous setting."

    The large field outside was perfect for the dog and children to play ball games, and there were plenty of lovely walks around the farm. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, we will certainly be booking again. The barn itself was great, it had everything you needed, we even cooked dinner a couple of times with ease. We have already recommended to family.
