  • "Both cottages are fabulous."

They are in a wonderful location. They are beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and have everything you require to make your stay extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We had the best time.

  • "We were so pleased with our choice of holiday accommodation."

The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped, and only a few minutes from the beach and coastal walks. We would love to go back and would highly recommend to everyone.

  • "Had an absolutely wonderful break at Llaethdy."

The location is just stunning and there were plenty of places nearby to visit. We had fantastic weather so the beach did get a little busy but still plenty of space. The cottage itself had everything we needed including plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. Everything was clean, fresh and comfortable. The bathroom door needs an adjustment of some sort, since it sticks and needs quite a push or pull to open it, so much so I think it might prove tricky for some people. The views from the decking were so beautiful and it was my favourite thing to do to sit and relax soak it up in the mornings and evenings, watching the dolphins playing in the bay. It was our first trip to Wales and we absolutely loved our time there. We were sad to leave.

Really well-kept inside, and so clean! The kitchen and bathroom are both well appointed, and the internet is good and reliable. Mwnt is a wonderful location, we spent most of our time here, enjoying the walks, beach, and wildlife. Fully recommended. Stayed in June 2023.

Fantastic walks along the coastal path. Saw dolphins in the bay and at Mwnt beach on numerous occasions. Laethdy was immaculate and every need catered for.

  • "Lovely place to stay very comfortable and close to the beach and coastal path."

The kitchen was very well equipped = just a couple of feedback - There is no freezer just an ice Box which was not what we expected. The cooker grill does not work and the oven is very difficult to read the temperature as there is no setting. Also no mobile signal which should be indicated when booking as this was really important as I have elderly parents. The property is adjacent to a small camping site and caravan park which is not really indicated in the information. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The heritage coastline scenery is superb and there are numerous places of interest to visit both in Ceredigion and the neighbouring counties of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.

The market town of Cardigan is nearby and offers a range of shops and eateries, a castle, a theatre/cinema and a traditional indoor market.

Other places to visit would be Aberporth, Tresaith, New Quay, Aberaeron and St Dogmaels.

The bustling market town of Cardigan in Ceredigion is set on the River Teifi and offers an array of shops, both unique local producers and larger chain stores, as well as tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and an impressive ruined castle, which is the home to the Eisteddfod. Cardigan castle has a fascinating history and has undergone substantial investment over the years. It is home to regular events throughout the year, along with a café and restaurant which has been strategically positioned with a view over the castle and River Teifi. Surrounding Cardigan is beautiful countryside, with long, dramatic cliff walks around the Cardiganshire coastline, whilst the rugged Pembrokeshire coastline is just a few miles away. You have the opportunity to visit the Cardigan Island Farm Park, wonderful Blue Flag sandy beaches like the National Trust beach Mwnt, take a boat trip to spot dolphins and seals, or horse riding at the friendly Dyfed Riding Centre. For keen cyclists take a trip on the National Cycle Route, Number 82. The nearby Preseli Mountains offer wonderful walking and cycling, with some stunning views and an ancient stone monument.
