"Devastatingly, my car was rendered undrivable due to an object in the road 15 minutes into my journey."
So I could not reach my holiday destination. I immediately contacted the agent who inturn contacted the owners. The owners in my opinion were. Not sympathetic at all. Only interested in making their money. I asked if I could perhaps be given another date later on the year even October (which is as far as I'm aware still available) so my special needs brother didn't miss out on his holiday. My answer was a point blank NO. This property is not cheap by any means, and by the pictures on the listing the decor and appliances look very dated and in need of replacement. I can't comment on the cleanliness. as I didn't use it. I am devastated to say the least as I have lost over a £1,000. To have no sympathy and a charitable solution to my plight just made the whole experience very distressing, and It has left one needy person having no faith in people. I hope the owners enjoy their money, they did not have to do anything for it. I love Saundersfoot, 1 have been visiting for years and have stayed in some wonderful accommodations, with some wonderful caring proprietors, sadly this one didn't live up to my expectations, it will be avoided in the future. My advice, make sure you do take out insurance when you book this property as you may at some point need it, because you will not receive any cooperation without it.
