We had an amazing week at the old barn.

The property was perfect for a family break with the dog. Peace and tranquility, amazing views with everything you needed to feel at home. Plenty of local walks and things to do from the local national trust walkable in 45 minutes or a visit to Aberaeron or Aberystwyth. Plenty of beaches close by as well, we would definitely come back again.

Beautiful, comfortable, cottage in a fantastic location, really quiet, but only 5 minute drive to Aberaeron, & Aberystwyth easily accessible.

The property was in a great location and could be really lovely but it was definitely tired and in need of some TLC and better decoration (paintwork wise)!

The main issue was the double bed which was far too soft. We ended up sleeping on the living room floor on the single mattresses all week and even one of those was very soft, but better than the double. Beds should be middle of the road for softness so it covers all preferences. The property was in need of a deep clean and there were cobwebs everywhere. The windows were also dirty. That said, the property could be so lovely, it is a shame that these things weren't sorted. We saw the last recent review and the people said the same thing, so the owners are clearly not listening.
