The property

Outside the centre of Broad Haven, enjoying a delightful inland location, is this wonderful, large farmhouse in South Wales.

Mountain Farm is an ideal choice for a family get-together, within reach of the seaside delights of the coast, as well as the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside, so there's something for everyone.

Spend your first evening gathering in the kitchen/diner area preparing a feast to celebrate coming together, with plenty of space in the amply-equipped kitchen for all to offer a hand; make use of the electric oven, gas hob, and large American fridge/freezer, while those overseeing the activities can perch at the kitchen table and be tasked with topping up the glasses.

Serve up your meal within the beautiful conservatory, with a dining table to seat all eight, you can enjoy the rural backdrop of the lawned garden outside and the fields beyond as you tuck in.

Retire to the sitting room where plush seating awaits as well as a traditional woodburning stove, relax in here and wind down as the conversation continues and the evening turns to night.

The four bedrooms can be found upstairs; discover two twin rooms, a double and finally the master double bedroom, benefited by a neat en-suite shower room, so you can wake up to your own space to freshen up in with no queues for the bathroom!

An excellent feature awaits in the family bathroom which has a walk-in steam shower, along with a huge bath tub, so you have a few choices for how you'd like to relax, not to mention the bubbling hot tub outside.

Sink into the warm waters while you watch as the children play on the lawn with your canine companions, afterwards in the summer heat finding some shade in the summerhouse.

Everyone will be entertained here, with the charming children's playroom perfect for the little ones with books and games to enjoy, as well as a garage-turned-games room for the big kids, with table tennis, and a football table, and steps leading to a gym with some equipment if you are conscious to keep fit on your holiday.

Head into Broad Haven for those all-important beach days when the UK weather is on your side, you don't have to stray far from the shoreline for anything, with shops, pubs and restaurants lined up along the coastal road.

Just down the road is the quaint village of Little Haven, with another sandy spot to explore, or hop onto the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to embark on a coastal discovery with gorgeous scenery and landscapes along the way.

Haverfordwest is just a car journey away and offers a host of attractions, with its interesting Welsh Spitfire Museum, Haverfordwest Priory, along with a wide array of shops and eateries scattered along the Western Cleddau.
