  • "Wonderful cottage in beautiful surroundings very quiet, peaceful and relaxing, kitchen very well equipped."

With 3 children (11, 8 & 14 month old) we found it very child friendly especially the outdoor seating & hot tub space at the back our little one could toddle about safely. Hot tub was amazing and well maintained throughout our stay and the shared play area was a lovely addition to have plenty of space for the children to play and see the goats and horses. The owner we’re so lovely, on hand close by if needed very helpful with any questions before or during our stay. We will definitely be returning.

  • "We have just come back from spending the Christmas week, it was such a beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need for your stay!"

Hot tub was the best we have ever seen, we have gone away every Christmas for about the past 12 years and we can happily say hands down this is one of the best! The bonus for us was the two very very friendly horses just out back of the property they were just lovely and I didn't want to leave them. My 2 year old loved seeing them :) We actually met one of the owners (Catherine) as we were leaving and she's just so lovely. We literally couldn't have asked for a better stay and we will definetely be back :) Thanks guys xx

We didn’t meet the owners but from their messages you can tell that they are lovely people and willing to help out in anyway. Facilities are great, the owners have thought of everything. Living space is open, cosy and comfortable. The hot tub is pure luxury and a real treat. We really liked the welcome pack with homemade cakes and photo book of how the property was made. We’re already booking for next year!

Extremely spacious & comfortable for everyone staying. Hosts are welcoming & are on hand, if needed. Bedrooms were comfortable, and well presented. Hot tub & outside seating area was clean, with access to a large garden, including a swing set, zipwire & view of the farm animals. Highly recommended, and cannot wait to return.

A car drive away from many local towns. Able to completely unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. A must have after the last 12 months. Would consider another visit as we liked it so much. Very good value for money.

  • "This beautiful cottage way passed our expectation, Catherine was such a friendly host and the flowers and brownies were a lovely personal touch."

The hot tub was fantastic and enjoyed by all, the outside play area was brilliant for our two young grandsons especially the zip wire which they loved. They also loved to go across and see the horses. The whole week was idyllic and we would thoroughly recommend this little piece of heaven.

  • "We loved our two week break."

Weather played ball also. The cottage had everything you need. We loved the patio areas front and back. The hot tub was special. There is a large shared (two other cottages) play park with zip line and two friendly horses and plenty parking. Beautiful surroundings from the raised patio seeing wildlife such as swallows and red kites. This is a working farm so expect cattle noise now and again. Any issues are resolved immediately by Catherine your amazing host who welcomed us with home made brownies. There is a local petrol garage with great shop. Not overpriced. It is an 8 minute car journey to Cardigan which has everything for shopping or dining. The bay farm park is a must for seeing seals and dolphins. I would say when you are there longer there needs to be more wardrobe space. But overall it was awesome. Thanks so much
