  • "The house and the facilities on the site are excellent!"

We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the on site pool. Well stocked with a box of games and an easy to use telly (for rainy days). The owner is very pleasant to deal with as we had an issue with the stair gate while there and he just sorted it out without any fuss. Truly a lovey place

  • "Groom's cottage was comfortable and warm ."

We did have a problem with the fire which the owner put right straight away, also the hot water needed boosting often as it didn't stay hot for very long . Lovely comfortable bed and shower easy to use and get in and out . Overall a lovely week except for the rain .

  • "Accommodation was adequate and functional but a little underwhelming and lacking any character."

Village has a very dangerous narrow 2 mile lane if approaching from the south. Bed linen dirty on arrival in one bedroom - reported first thing Monday morning and quickly rectified. Elderly mother unable to lock the heavy handle mechanism on the front door. Seating area outside not very private - especially if neighboring properties occupied. Generally ok but wouldn’t stay at Ivy Towers again. Would pay more to choose somewhere more private with more character.

  • "At first it seemed very good but had not been cleaned very well in kitchen."

The fixture and fittings all seem very cheap and thrown together. Beds and sofas not very comfortable also dining chairs. DVD had lead missing so couldn’t use and shower leaked alot. All of these things make a big difference when you have been on your feet all day walking ect you want to relax in the evening. The location is very good this was the main reason for staying. Facilities excellent.

  • "The cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed."

We loved having the crazy golf and pool on site but did find it difficult to book private sessions as they went instantly. We thought the location was fantastic- close to Tenby but in a quiet village - perfect. We had a wonderful holiday - thank you.

  • "An excellent holiday cottage and amenities."

Spotlessly clean and lovely kitchen and bathroom. Richard ,the owner went out of his way to ensure we had the swimming pool bookings, and one or two other queries were sorted out straightaway. This is included Richard making a 4 hour round trip to sort out a problem of the television. A lovely personal touch that was much appreciated. Sykes' staff were most helpful prior to our visit with various queries. Thank you all for a lovely holiday.

  • "No communication with owner about swimming or instructions about how to leave property etc, and no instructions or welcome pack in the property Shower tray installation a joke - no support underneath except on joists."

I suspect it won't last very long. Had to balance on edges of tray like Lord Flashheart in Blackadder. Shelves in lounge at slightly alarming angle. Useful to know if need to bring own toilet roll as none there on arrival, don't mind bringing own but just would like to know in advance. Bring your own blackout blinds as security lights at night very bright and curtains thin. Otherwise fine and a nice place to stay and complex great, especially the swimming.
