Penyrallt Fach Cottage

Lovely, well-equipped and comfortable old cottage in nice quiet location easily travelling distance from the beautiful coastal scenery of Ceredigion and North Pembrokeshire.

Better lighting in the kitchen area would be helpful and there isn't much by way of clothes hanging facilities, but excellent apart from that.

We loved this very characterful stone cottage.

The bedrooms and lounge were very comfortable. The kitchen area is extremely well equipped with a lovely large table for eating. Thank you for such a great collection of books and DVD's which we made use of. The coastline here is superb as are the hills and mountains, and we met some lovely people on our out and about explorations every day. Thank you Katy for helping to make our stay at your cottage spot on.

My mum and I stayed for 4 nights at this beautifully cute cottage.

The little quirks like the sloping floor and little windows inside just made it more worthwhile. The cottage was clean and comfortable and actually very quiet considering it's on a farm. We slept so well. It is at least 30-60mins drive away from beautiful Welsh towns like Cardigan, Carmarthen and Tenby. All the people we spoke to were so friendly and had plenty of time for you. A lady gave us great tips on where to go while we were looking round her shop, and so we ended up taking a pit stop at an old Abbey. The coast line is the most stunning the UK has to offer. I will be dragging my husband back at some point to show him how amazing it all is, and will defo book this cottage again. Perfect base to explore. Thank you so much.

Great place to stay, lots of great places to visit and plenty of walking paths.

Great place to learn about living on a working farm people were amazing and very helpful for anything you needed.

We had a wonderful break at Penyrallt.

The accommodation is top notch with everything you need including a dishwasher, comfy sofas and beds. The hot tub was lovely and the farm and woodland setting just perfect. Jinsy and David were lovely hosts thank you for having us! Would highly recommend a trip to New Quay to see the dolphins and the breakfast at Ffab coffee shop in Llandysul. We hope to visit again soon!

Very lovely rural setting on a working farm .

The cottage is very comfortable and had all you require .This was a home from home working farm and was lovely to see all the comings and goings you would expect from farm life.The owners were very approachable and extremely helpful when we had car troubles. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a very happy stay there .

We had a lovely stay in this quirky little cottage.

Friendly greeting from the owners and from the neighbouring goat in the paddock opposite. Clean throughout. With a modern yet traditional feel and look. Fire gives it a nice homely feel too. We also visited a couple of the local pubs, both with friendly staff and locals. Will definitely be back in the future.

A lovely, comfy cottage with lovely features.

The property was warm and spacious with a well equipped kitchen area, large log burner and great sodas the bed was exceptionally good for a restful sleep. Even though the weather was...inclement to say the least..there were books aplenty. Good walks in the area. A very friendly welcome.

Quaint cottage with everything you need and a very warm welcome from the owners.

Good chocolate cake on arrival too. Working farm is great to be apart of as you can see the cows being milked and the goats and chicken in the cottage garden. Ideal location as we were touring around and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely location, very comfy furniture.

Disappointed that the hot tub hadn’t been fully cleaned and ready for our arrival, as we did inform by email we would be using it. The floor and seating of hot tub very slippery and slimy, each time we moved green algae floated to the top not very enjoyable. Same with the wood burner not ready for use. Cottage windows need a really good clean and under the furniture especially the sofas seating on them you could clearly see it wasn’t clean underneath.

We were made very welcome, the cottage is absolutely wonderful, everything you need for a home from home.

Wonderful welcome by the owners, enjoyed being amongst the family and a true farming experience.

The cottage felt like a real retreat away from busy life. Everything we needed was available in the cottage and we had plenty of wood for the hottub and log fire. Slept like a dream of those comfortable beds, we shall definitely be returning to this special place

The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and it was very cosy and comfortable, we both slept well in the bed, we even fired up the hot tub one evening which was very relaxing after a days cycling along the coast. Highly recommended and I would definitely like to visit again in the future.

The owners were pleasant and welcoming. This was a great environment to escape and breathe fresh air. Recommend a visit to the Woolen Mill which is very interesting, free admission and a large cafe. Also good woodland walks to be found in Llandysul. Thanks for a truly enjoyable holiday which we thoroughly recommend to others.

The cottage was absolutely wonderful so cozy with a roaring fire in the evening while listening to the wind and rain outside :) It was a country kitchen style which was lovely, with the added bonus of being on a working farm hearing the animals.

The bed was comfortable as were the settees in the living room. Over all an enjoyable few days.

It was a beautiful 5 nights spent in the Welsh countryside, we were made to feel very welcome from our arrival, we never did get to try the hot tub as we were out visiting family, beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything needed, a beautiful cottage on a working farm in a stunning part of Wales.
