  • "Hi, we had a great week and really appreciate your friendliness and offers of help regarding places to visit as well as the help with a ramp for our much loved 4 legged one!"

Location is fabulous and the lodge very comfortable. The addition of all the planting of shrubs and trees will only add to the already pleasant and tranquil surroundings. Best of luck for the remainder of the season. Thanks again

Thank you for all your kind comments. It was a pleasure having you to stay, and so glad you enjoyed staying in the Lodge. We always hope that our guests love it as much as we do. Hopefully we'll see you again. Chris Property Owner

The lodge was bigger than we expected it to be & very clean. The owners were very helpful & though we seen them most days they leave you to do your own thing & we’re never intrusive. We were lucky enough to be given some homemade Welsh cakes which were the best I’ve ever had. All in all it was a truly impressive lodge & we are definitely booking again for next year. Would highly recommend.

  • "Really enjoyed our stay at Timbertwig Lodge."

Located within easy reach of many outdoor attractions and stunning scenery of the area. It may have been freezing outside but it was cosy and warm with a large log burner and central heating throughout. Everything was supplied (apart from food obviously) to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Couldn't have asked for more. There is a bit of a muddy area where the car is parked but the owners are carrying out work to remedy that. I wouldn't hesitate to return one day.

So pleased you enjoyed your stay, so thankyou for your lovely comments. Looked forward to seeing you all again. Property Owner

  • "The Lodge was flawless, with a massive attention to detail, and style, and perhaps the best place we've ever stayed in."

There was also a pleasant and almost uncanny stillness about the place. The pictures on-line of the little adjoining garden also cannot do justice to even that aspect. Before we saw it in person, the single photo made it look unexceptional. Yet even that turned out to be a sublime little gem, filled with butterflies and loud with bees.

Great location for exploring Pembroke with some spectacular coast a short drive away; also some quiet country roads to walk down if not wanting to drive. Thank you.

  • "What an amazing lodge!"

Never stayed in a log cabin/lodge before so after being locked down for so long and missing out on a Holiday I decided to try one for a few days. I was very surprised how warm and cosy it was. It had everything you needed... warmth (beautiful log burner) , home comforts, peace and quiet, and all in a great location. You needed a car to venture out and about which was not a problem, especially when you got so many great places to visit. The host was very friendly and helpful and made us some Welsh Cakes which were to die for! All in all a lovely place to stay and I will be recommending it to friends.
