  • "Very happy with this cottage and the amount of cleaning products etc."

that were provided. The food and drink provisions were also a welcome touch. The only downside was getting used to the damp smell around the cottage and unfortunately because of the age of the premises there is very little that can be done about this!

  • "We always enjoy our trips to Newport and Pembrokeshire in general."

The quiet rural location of the cottage was just perfect and we will definitely be booking again

  • "Perfect for what we wanted ."

A relaxing peaceful break in a cosy cottage. Difficult to dog proof the garden but that was the only slight draw back for us. Back garden was easier and such a sun trap. Felt very much at home and hope to return later in the year. And only a 40 minute drive home .

  • "Beautiful cottage just a mile above Newport Sands, comfortable with everything you need for a home away from home."

Gorgeous well looked after garden which was a pleasure to relax in. Only one small thing there are a few places a dog can escape so care needs to be taken. Despite this would happily stay here again as it's so near many places to visit and we had a lovely couple of days on the beach as the weather was good.

  • "I felt that the cottage was exactly as described and seen on your website and we were very happy with it."

A couple of points - you can't see exactly where the cottage is before booking - not an issue in this case as we were very happy with the exact location; we booked for three people but only two sets of towels left. Otherwise the cottage was lovely with a very well equipped kitchen and a quiet and peaceful location but easy access to many good places to visit.

  • "We enjoyed the cottage but people do need to remember this is an old cottage."

Our main problem was walking to anywhere. Being older and slower we found the distances to facilities meant we needed to use the car rather than walk. We would recommend the local beach and golf course . The views are amazing, the walking good, The beach brilliant. Ice cream on the beach was expensive but the cafe at the golf course was great.
