Considering we were allowed two dogs,garden wise it was not dog friendly,as no access to grass or a good immediate run around.
Preseli Hills Cottage has a lovely rustic feel to it; our principal reason for choosing to stay here because.
of it location: within walking distance of the lovely Afon Gwaun valley clothed in broadleaved woodlands through which we did 2 walks. Apart from the first 2 nights (heavy farm machinery working late) it was wonderfully quiet which we appreciated very much. Tom the owner was very helpful, responding to our requests for assistance as quickly as he could. While the property listing mentions a farm track, it's long (nearly a mile from the lane) & quite rough in places. Because post codes in 'out of the way' places do not provide a precise satnav location, I was pleased to receive detailed instructions which made our arrival much easier. Thank you.
Cosy cottage in a beautiful setting.
Had everything we needed and was perfect for exploring Pembrokeshire.
