    Everything to make you welcome. It’s modern very clean and very welcoming . The garden was enclosed for our dog and there were two parking spaces next to the house easy to park which is rare .

  • "What a find!"

    An immaculate little house tucked away in a quiet corner of a modern estate with everything you need for a relaxing 'home from home' holiday. Tastefully decorated and well equipped with a lovely rear garden and off road parking at the side of the house. The log effect fire and subtle lighting provides a cosy space to enjoy in the evenings. Simply the best in holiday accommodation with easy access to the town and coastal walks/cycle paths. There's a convenient well stocked small supermarket nearby. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

  • "This lovely home had everything that could possibly be needed, it was spotless and very comfortable."

    It is a short distance from a great fish and chip shop with humongous portion sizes!! Lovely base for us to visit family. Lovely welcome pack, would highly recommend .

  • "This little house is perfect for a couple of small family."

    Close to beach walking distance and town. Fish &chip; shop 2 mins walk also a co-op and cafe just down the road. House is so clean and well equipped, best one I've stayed in for a long time. Loads of extras left, including toilet roll, hand wash. Washing up liquid, t-towel and a lovely hamper. Lovely tea coffee and sugar. Which I really enjoyed. For the price it's amazing and would definitely recommend. More like 5* than 4 with all the extras. Thank you Dewi & Beth, I've already booked for 2026.

  • "Lovely home, clean, fresh and welcoming."

    The children loved the surprise toy box and books, we loved the fire pit. The beds were made up with crisp white bedding, everywhere was so nice. The welcome basket of cake, sweets etc, the provision of tea & ‘real’ coffee (way to go) was great. Providing hand wash and washing up liquid is a bonus. This home from home is conveniently placed for exploring: near beautiful beaches and holiday activities. Thank you x

  • "The owners have worked hard to make this holiday let feel like a home from home with lots of nice touches."

    It is situated in a quiet corner of a modern housing estate with easy parking next to the house and an enclosed garden for the dog. The house is within easy walking distance of the coastal path and all its amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning to continue exploring South Wales.

  • "A very lovely house, comfortable and clean."

    Outdoor area at back peaceful and quiet. Kitchen had everything we wanted or needed, with the possible exception of a chopping board (quite likely it was there, just eluded me) but not a problem. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious for our needs. I would happily stay here again. Only downside, not property related, was roadworks on main road nearby causing congestion, and making access and exit to/from area untimely.

Just a quick note — there is a chopping board in the kitchen cupboard to the left of the oven. It’s easy to miss though! We’ll look at putting it somewhere more visible for future guests — thanks for the helpful feedback. We also sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the nearby roadworks. Unfortunately, it's been an ongoing issue over the past few years, but the current works are scheduled to be completed in the next few weeks. The property

Ty Bach Twt is a welcoming semi-detached house resting in Sandy, near Llanelli in Carmarthenshire.

This family-friendly retreat allows a pet, boasts an enclosed garden and is near to amenities including a beach.

Pull up and park the car outside your holiday abode and enter in to the living/dining room where you can put your feet up on the leather sofa and flick on the TV to unwind with the electric fire to warm you up in cooler days.

Enter the kitchen and whip up your family favourites using the electric oven and hob, crack out a chilled beverage, then dine at the dining table set for the whole family back in the living area.

Ascend the stairs to freshen up for the night, soak your muscles in the bath or opt for a brisk shower.

When resting your head for the night, choose from a neat single room, with a trundle bed for flexibility or a double room and a TV for those early morning lie-ins.

Open the patio doors to find a garden with gravel, potted plants and a patio with furniture to enjoy dining alfresco and share stories as the sun sets and plan your forward adventures.

Llanelli is a traditional mining town on the mouth of the River Loughor and has been extensively redeveloped, after the mining industry declined, to offer modern shopping centres, a theatre and the beautifully scenic Millennium Coastal Cycle Path. For all kinds of sports fans Llanelli is the perfect location. Watch great rugby matches, try out the array of golf courses, watch horse racing at nearby Ffos Las, or why not watch or try a spot of racing yourself at the Pembrey Circuit, the home of Welsh Motorsport, providing racing for cars, motorcycles, karts and trucks? Sandy beaches nearby can be enjoyed or invigorating walks can be extended to include parts of the world famous Welsh Coastal Path.
