    6 minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants. Has everything you would need and really lovely to stay. Downside was that towels and bedding were damp and smelled of mildew and the floors were very dirty on arrival. Kitchen, bathrooms etc were spotless

  • "This is our second stay in this apartment which we love."

    There are some things which need attention, A new frying pan (I have thrown better away) Toilet seat very loose which the cleaning team should of noticed.Also shower head had a lot of mould on which I cleaned as that is a no, no. This would not put us off booking this property again. Just a few things nothing major .

  • "Most accommodation we've stayed in Saundersfoot is, I would say a 3 star, and this place isn't any different."

    This accommodation has its pros and cons, like most places we've stayed. The rooms are a lovely size and the lounge/diner/kitchen is roomy Parking is right outside and has lots of space. The accommodation is ontop of a hill so is a trek uphill to it, but you can always drive if walking is an issue. The pillows and bed were fine for us but there were lumpy pillows in the spare bedroom. We found random things that needing fixing and we have let them know so should we return, we'd hope they'd be rectified.

  • "Beautiful central location Ideal for walking into Saundersfoot."

    Few small issues security light on from dusk till dawn shining in second bedroom all night needs curtains in room. Pillows rubbish and need replacing.

  • "Acoomodation was basic and not the most comfortable, but was fine for the weekend."

    Downside was overflowing sewage at the rear of the property close to the patio. We were unable to open the patio doors because of the smell.

  • "The patio area needed weeding but appreciate our stay was at the start of the holiday season (April 7th) so this may be done."

    Garden isn’t secure but not advertised as such, which I missed! (as my dog got out). Overall we had a wonderful stay at 21Coedrath and would definitely stay there again - location good with parking under 5 mins walk to town/beach (nice walk thro’ the caravan site as a short cut!

  • "Pros - Modern, good size apartment a short walk from Saundersfoot."

    The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of crockery/cutlery etc. We were left a nice welcome pack. Cons - The bed gave us hip and back ache. The sofa was also too firm which made it uncomfortable when we tried to sit in an evening and watch TV. The property would benefit from a deep clean. The oven is dirty, I had to wash an oven tray before I could use it as it was dirty from the last use. I had to clean the toaster before we could use it, it was full of not just crumbs but sticky pieces of something. The bathroom sink pop up waste has black mould on the seal. Overall we enjoyed our winter week away and exploring Pembrokeshire. I would stay in these apartments again but I would bring a mattress topper for the bed.

    We loved everything about 21 Coedrath Park. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a very short stroll into the centre. We would definitely recommend staying here.

  • "The property was perfect for us."

    Its design, facilities, setting within landscaped grounds, and close proximity to the town centre could not be bettered. We were very pleased we chose a ground floor apartment with parking right by the front door, as some of the other flats did not look so well located. Our working cocker spaniel loved staying there, particularly as the grounds had lots of wild rabbits !!

    Short walk down to the village. Could just maybe do with some curtains over the blinds in the bedrooms as they let a lot of light in.

  • "Couple of issues (missing patio key, leaky window) dealt with quickly and efficiently."

    Not a problem for us. There seems to be a problem with the room heaters. We did not really need them, but they displayed an error code on the control panel when we tried them. One disappointing feature was the condition of the patio. It needed weeding and some cutting back of the branches and bushes. No need to publish my feedback, I would prefer to give the owner the opportunity to correct the issues identified. Thank you
