  • "The house was in a great location and the children loved it being near the beach."

The house itself was impressive. The 4 bathrooms helped. Our only issue was the lack of parking information before we went. Street parking was mainly residents only and while the car park was only 3 minutes away we did spend- with 2 cars over the week- £140 to park.

Really pleased that you loved the house, location and the four bathrooms! We love the house and the fact you can be out of the hussle and bussle when you want to be but be on the beach and into the town centre in a few minutes. Regarding the parking there is no road parking as you said as it is a residential area but a previous guest who left comments managed to get a temporary council permit which may be cheaper than the Seaview carpark and there are other cheaper carparks but they are further away. We will contact the council and see if this can be an option for all guests and will produce a leave behind in the property. Property Owner

  • "We throughly enjoyed our stay, plenty of space throughout the property for our whole family."

The beds are really comfy which isn't usually the case when your in holiday. Bedding and towels all bright white and soft. Plenty of utensils and crockery in the kitchen. All appliances are brilliant including the dishwasher, washer, dryer, cooker etc. We were initially worried about parking but after contacting the council we were able to purchase one parking permit for right outside and I then parked on the Seaview car park. Lovely view from the sitting room looking out to sea. Would certainly recommend.

Many thanks for the feedback and really pleased you enjoyed your stay at Hereford House (we love that sitting room view too!). Great solution regards the parking, we didn't know you could purchase a permit so that's great advice for other holidaymakers and as you have said even if you don't purchase a permit the seaview carpark is just two minutes walk from the property. Thanks again! Property Owner

  • "Hereford house was in a perfect location for our family holiday ."

So close to the town and beaches, but really quiet. The property was extremely comfortable and exactly as described . The kitchen is very well equipped with more than enough tableware and glasses for our family. We used the key safe provided throughout our stay as we had more people than keys .

Really glad you enjoyed your stay at Hereford House. As you say, you can’t beat being so close to the Esplanade, town centre and beaches whilst at the same time being quietly tucked away when you want some peace, relaxation, comfort and a great nights sleep! Property Owner
