"Very nice accommodation, roomy enough for two people and German Shepherd, better to be slim if you wish to use the shower facilities."
The site is well presented and a ten minute drive to Tenby
Cooker worked, Microwave worked, Fridge worked, didn’t use washing machine, shower worked, all lights worked, front door a little stiff, so a good push required to open. Two seater sofa and single chair, small table with two chairs, rooms tastefully decorated, TV via Freeview.Table and bench outside to enjoy grassed area, washing line if needed.
There is accommodation upstairs, you will hear the footsteps.
I would rent this property again.

"We were looking forward to returning to the coach house as we have been several times before and loved the cosy and comfortable surroundings ."
But we are extremely disappointed, the main problems being the TV and cooker hob . The hob was very temperamental and worked only occasionally and the fact that there was a hotplate to use it was obvious that they knew about the problem . As for the TV not everyone wants catch-up and netflix, we could not get live TV . The kind gentleman upstairs came to help as his TV was the same as ours but he couldn't get live TV . We were told a maintenance man would come out but no-one came . All in all the first 2 days of our holiday were far from relaxing. We will be booking with Sykes again but it definitely won't be for the coach house.

Nice cottage but the hob difficult didn’t respond to finger touch (I’ve since been told you need to rub your finger on your clothes to warm it up first ) also advertised free sat on tv but not available (complaints in guest book from other holiday makers on this issue)
TV kept losing signal this happened multiple times during the week
Small things but frustrating on our “get away from it all “ break
I will book with Sykes but not the coach house

"Had a lovely week in this cosy nook!"
Ideal for us and our 2 dogs. It was clean, well presented, comfortable, well equipped, well maintained and had all we needed for a week touring around that area of Pembrokeshire. The bed was super comfortable and the decor fresh and tasteful. We enjoyed having the use of the swimming pool too and the gardens and grounds well maintained. Everybody on the site was very nice and friendly.

"The cottage was poorly cleaned, there has strands of dust hanging from the walls and dust balls on the floor."
The hot water was scolding hot, bathroom sink drained very slow and the TV wasn’t tuned in so we couldn’t watch live TV all week(we did try to tune it but it wouldn’t work) WiFi was unreliable at times so even watching catch up TV was frustrating. We had no response from the owners despite trying to contact them via your app, we even raised the issue on our day of arrival.

"Loved the cottage, loved the village, loved the beaches."
the cottage was clean, comfy and well equipped, the only small problem was the digital cooker, very difficult to use, but there was a separate 2 ring hob we could use. We will definable look to book the Cottage next year
thanks for your comments, you are most welcome!
sorry about the hob - we are revising the instructions so they are clearer!

"Absolutely love this little cottage."
We have stayed there twice now and hopefully we will get the chance to stay again.Ideal for two people and they allow dogs which is a massive bonus. The cottage has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable.Ideal location but you do need a car as the beaches are too far to walk to
Hi do you think the cottage could do with an air fryer?. Jill

"We had a brilliant stay at The Coach House."
The place was clean and tidy and very comfortable it is in an excellent location and within easy reach of some beautiful beaches. The inside swimming pool was also lovely to use.
We did pop down to the Sun Inn pub and it is only small but very friendly and good size portions of food. It is dog friendly and all the locals were welcoming.
Thanks for the feedback. We have removed the artex. . Re plastered , And have decorated , and a new king size bed.

"Wide angle net pic pics very deceptive."
This is a small one bed ground floor flat with another upstairs. There's shared lawn, lovely fruiting crabapple tree, outside tables and chairs , air dryer, 2 parking spaces, all facing other houses on the "village" estate .Also ample "community" grounds nearby and facitlities that we didn't use (wet November).
Flat floors are pleasing "wood", leather comfy furniture and wood cupboards etc., folksy rugs, excellent TV, snuggly bed, pretty linen, easy tiny shower with gorgeous tiles. First rate kitchen.
Heating bit problematic: All rads locked at 15degrees, but extra coal effect fire in sitting room fairly powerful. Thanks for diffusing sticks throughout - wood sage and sea salt, lovely.
St. Frances is a really charming village with 2 good pubs/restaurants,.surrounded by countryside, with superb 13th century church and pretty cottages.Countless glorious beaches all along coast and coastal path nearby. Only negative thing was 14 days rain, so thank goodness for the 1000 piece jigsaw (almost finished) and little library!. .
Hello many thanks for your kind comments. We too were entranced by Saint Florence it is indeed a lovely village in a beautiful area.
The heating is now set to 20°
In January we are closed for a short period whilst we do a minor refurbishment which we hope will make it even more comfortable

"Stayed in a filthy apartment for one night then drove straight home."
The owner then offered me a derisory amount of £50 as compensation which I found insulting for having driven a 200 mile round trip and having a ruined holiday.
